Pizza Roma Quakertown — Restaurant in Quakertown

Last night was my first time ever physically going inside of this restaurant to order. I'm not going to lie the prices are slightly expensive however with the quality of food it's definitely worth it. The young lady that was working the register last night was named Ivy and she was absolutely phenomenal. She was very knowledgeable about everything that I was asking about on the menu and she was just so sweet and kind and I really really did appreciate her great customer service. All of the staff overall which is phenomenal everybody greeted us when we went to the store and it felt so homey the last time I even had a taco pizza was back in Jersey so getting that type of taste up here in Quakertown was exceptional. 3 weeks ago I ordered a extra meat cheese steak, a bag of barbecue chips, and a water the total was $20.50. I placed the order an hour before my lunch break, it still did not arrive. I called back to cancel the order and get refunded, the Male on the phone was upset that I even wanted to cancel and said yeah you'll be refunded then rudely hung up the phone fast. I called back after seven business asking where is the refund, they told me to call back when the manager is available, after the person picking up the phone said they was the manager. I would never order from this fraudulent place again. I called back once more to see if I can get the manager I was told the manager was a female then I was told the manager a male and then was told the manager was on vacation. I pray one day they need something from me so I can return the bad customer service favor but still get paid...

This used to be one of our favorite places and we ordered from Pizza Roma several times a month. This week we ordered a pizza that was delivered with half of the toppings balled up in the corner of the box. The delivery person admitted that the pizza was messed up and said we were entitled to a free pizza the next time we ordered. She said twice that she would put a note on our account. Three days later we called to get the free pizza. We were asked to call back twice and were told that in order to get a replacement pizza, we would have had to refuse the first pizza and wait another hour to have it remade and delivered.
