Bungalows at Terranea — Hotel in Rancho Palos Verdes

Us girls had our annual girls trip here this year, almost 2 weeks ago. Yes during the pandemic but everyone at the hotel was very safe, wore masks etc. We were required to wear them too walking anywhere (when you were coming into contact w/ppl) or walking into or out of restaurants. The little shops & coffee shop/bakery had the line at 6ft apart & limited amount of ppl in the little shop. The 1 lady working in the shop was a bit rude but anyways, I cam here to review our room, pool & the property. We had the larger room,w/a kitchen & a connecting normal room. The balcony on the larger room was BEAUTIFUL! It had 2 lounge couches, a round glass table w/an umbrella & a fire place! The property is absolutely beautiful & relaxing. We had a cabana at the adult pool for 2 days,which was great. The pool never got packed & it over looked the oceanside can't say enough good things about this place besides that you should go! I can't wait to go back here w/just my hubby & another trip w/hubby & our daughter!! There's also alot of amenities like a golf course, spa, excursions, kayaking & guided hiking but most were closed or very limited due to damn Covid lol. Oh...

This place is an absolute gem. Some spectacular views of the Pacific with some dolphin and whale watching right in front! But the service is what made our stay incredible! It started with Duc Hung at reception checking us in. Quick, easy, friendly and a real pro! We were off to an amazing start to our stay! Thank you for making our stay amazing Hung! :)

Deb at concierge was a delight! If you want any advice on what to do and how to do it during your stay, ask for Deb. She speaks with passion, felt like we knew her for years!

Shout out to Eric (from reception who went to our rental, picked up my forgotten sunglasses and had them delivered to my room) what a guy! Thank you Eric!

Finally, Issac at valet. He has a missed calling as a photographer ;) friendly and took some great pics for us.

Overall we had a great time at Terranea and will definitely come again!

This place is amazing. Very spacious, has its own washer and dryer, full refrigerator, Microwave, two-burner stove, auto-light fireplace with timer, two toilets (one with its own sink), full bath, full shower, Krupps coffee maker, dish washer, the list goes on. This bottom floor unit has an outside porch fire pit. The sofa is a king (I think) hideaway bed. There are two large wide screen TVs. I wish there was a DVD player, but hey, they have almost everything else. The housekeeping is doing a great job with cleaning and restocking everything. Room service has been great, and doesn’t take longer than quoted. Highly recommend staying in a bungalow if you can...
