Spring Hill has spoiled me! Absolutely love the care and attention to detail❤ They bake cookies (almost) every afternoon and never rush me when I come tearing downstairs 5 mins before breakfast ends. The staff is friendly but not overly so which is awesome. Extroverted introvert like me are usually at a loss for words after the 2nd or 3rd " Hello - how are you?" I can relax here which is important bc as a contractor Spring Hill Marriott is my home away from home. A 96 night stay elsewhere would be extremely difficult. An extended stay here is like being at home only better. The gym is open 24hrs. The pool and jacuzzi are always clean and at the perfect temperature. The atmosphere is clean fresh and welcoming. You could stay other places but why would you? Spring Hill Marriott is by far the best all around!

It was our first time staying here. As soon as we parked there were cockroaches roaming the parking lot, we got Room 330... as soon as we walk in the bathroom was dirty someone used the toilet and did not flush. Minimal toilet paper, rust in shower. Our continental breakfast consisted of a water bottle, a muffin, a small piece of cheese, cereal that looked like it was from school and a snack size fruit cup.. all in a paper bag sack. For being a Marriott I'd expect a much better breakfast but oh well.... The rooms were pretty decent in size all though the TV was placed in an awkward area to be able to view it from the couch or both beds. Wish I had taken a picture of the bathroom 😭

Very easily accessible from the closest highway. Clean, well managed room. Very good hospitality. Maybe the shower can use upgrade not to hit with the cold water everytime you turn it on, yeah kind of old model. The breakfast is really good with plenty of items and I've can easily do brunch plus lunch at once.

My wife and I stayed here for one night as part of a coach party on our way from Vegas to Los Angeles, and we couldn't have been happier by our travel company's choice of overnight accommodation. This hotel knocks spots off the hotel we stayed in in Vegas. It was obvious by the speed that everyone in the coach party got their key cards on arrival and the short briefing we were given by the reception team that we were in a quality establishment. The room didn't disappoint either - it was very large, immaculate, and had everything in it we could have wished for. There was a coffee maker, microwave, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, air conditioning, large comfortable settee, huge comfortable bed with quality bedding, huge flat screen TV, toiletries and plenty of electrical sockets including USB charging points by the bed, so everything had been thought of to make sure a guest was supremely looked after - why can't all hotels be like this? There's also free and fast Wi-Fi. The buffet breakfast was just as we expected - absolutely brilliant. This really is the standard that all hotel chains should seek to achieve, but unfortunately  many don't. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you to the hotel's management and staff for giving us an excellent...

Where do I begin. This is my second time staying here and both times everyone has been extremely helpful, kind, accommodating the list can go on and on. I checked in at 1am because I had a long drive, most places when I check in at that time are grouchy. Nope, not here. The gentleman who checked me me was full of energy and extremely nice.
The next morning I went to get breakfast and unfortunately for me, I'm allergic to pork. When I went to ask Charlotte (I think that's her name, she had curly hair) if the meat was pork she said yes. However, she quickly volunteered to go to the back and make me some turkey bacon. Amazing!! Further into our stay, we asked to use a conference room to do some work with my team. Victoria was so helpful and said she would work with Gigi to get us a room. We got a room, Gigi was very helpful and accommodating. Every time we asked Gigi to unlock the door(I think we asked too many times) she did and was very nice about, never felt like it annoyed her. The housekeeping was amazing, still don't know how they keep everything so white! Overall, I can't say enough great things about my stay here. I will definitely stay here again should I ever I have to come back...
