0 stars. For the worst experience, and I LOVED this place when it was the heritage inn.. I won't be back here again. Rented 2 rooms for my daughter's birthday so we could swim, told them that ahead of time. Swim for a few hours, then try to go back out later on around 830 and the desk guy came out to kick us out. Wake up next morning, grab breakfast and desk lady tells us the pool will be closed for the day.... go back in to call and ask for corporates number, she doesn't want to give it to me. Not to mention they kicked my 14 year old nephew out of the gym after nobody said anything to him the whole day before. At this point, I either want some of my money back or I want a night compd because you offer amenities but don't allow people to use them. 10 minutes later I get a call back saying after further review the pool is open again. So I say Im gonna need a late checkout and received nothing but attitude and foul looks after that. Very disappointed and not satisfied.
