There is no elevator. The front desk gave my son a hassle when he asked for bedding for the sofa beds in the suite we booked. They said we were supposed to bring our own and wound up just giving him 2 sheets and nothing else for two sofa beds! The towels were hit and miss. Some were fluffy, others were thread bare. The AC looked new and worked well. The lighting was good. There was mold around the outside of the tub. There was very little counter space in the bathroom. The TP holder was under the towel rack, so when you hung up the towel, the TP was behind it and got wet. The floor was wonky. It was like it was plywood that had gotten wet in the past, under the carpet. The breakfast offered one kind of pastry, two very stale cereal choices, toast with jelly, coffee, and milk and apple juice in pitchers. Styrofoam plates and bowls. The cereal was so stale it was inedible! We ate at McDonald's! MilkI must say the suite was very large had two king beds, two sofa beds, two desks with chairs, a large TV, lots of electrical plugs and the mini fridge was huge. I put two 12 packs of soda on one shelf, sideways. It had a second shelf and two veggie drawers plus a freezer section. Overall, for the price I guess I might stay here again. It looks like they have been slowly updating the place.

Overall I was pleased. The room was good and everything worked that needed. Though coffee maker in the morning made me one cup while showering and then I made a second cup and it didn't turn on at all. I made note to tell them at check-out so not them thinking I was at fault. It's walking distance to Candle Light Inn next door that I would highly recommend. The bed was comfy enough but wish I would have brought my own pillow. Speaking of food earlier. The breakfast is not much of a breakfast. If you are not craving Frosted Flakes or fruit, you're out of luck. Though I did get my second cup of coffee and I will say, they had the best banana that I have had in some time. It was priced accordingly and I would stay there again.

All other local hotels were booked and we had to settle for a room here. We booked a suite in hopes it would be decent. The couches were stained and dated and the floor felt as if it was sinking. Musty smell and had to get an air freshener. Beds seemed fine. I took the top sheet off and put over the couches to sit. When I woke up I saw a single bug crawling on the top back of the couch. When I got closer I realized it was a bed bug. I killed it, called the front desk and got out of there after dropping the bug off to the front desk. I was told it didn’t matter if I brought the bed bug to them and they’d let management know. I left my number in hopes they would refund but never heard from them.

I normally do not write reviews but I felt like there was information missing about this hotel that customers should know prior to booking.

My boss booked me here for a work trip. Employees of mine told me to be careful and that it is not a great place to be. I disregarded the warning but after two nights in this hotel, I decided to spend my own money to book elsewhere.

The room itself was fine, lackluster but I am not picky. The issue was that there were a lot of people lingering around the area. I did not feel comfortable even just walking in and out of the building. The first night I got there late and did not see anyone other than one suspicious character in the parking lot as I got checked in. The second night, there were groups of people hanging around inside and outside the building being very loud and at some points I thought that there could be a fight going on. The third night (the night that I decided to book elsewhere), I pulled up after work and there had to be about a dozen people hanging around outside in the parking lot in groups. Including an entire family (infant baby as well) with a trailer parked in the lot selling clothing and other things, taking up about three parking spaces. There was a grill at one of the smoking areas next to the building, a basketball hoop set up in a parking spot, socks laying around outside and other miscellaneous belongings... It just felt as if I was walking into someones home uninvited by even being on the property.

Keeping to myself, I was fine. I am sure the chances of danger are low if you keep to yourself but personally, I did not feel comfortable in the parking lot, the halls, or even my room.

Again, I normally don't write reviews and I do not want to speak ill on this hotel but I just think that this needs to be mentioned for anyone looking to stay here. If I had known that this would be my experience, I would have asked my boss to book...

I booked a room with two beds and a couch with a pull out on 8/16/23 over the phone. I was quoted $79 with AAA discount. I wasn’t sent confirmation to my email or offered the option. I gave my payment info and double checked that we could arrive anytime for check in because we would be there late. We arrived around 12:30 am 8/18/23 and had to wait for a half hour to check in. Once I got the key cards I was informed that they already charged my card $99 and was advised to speak with management in the morning to discuss. We went up to the room to discover that it had no pullout couch. I went back down to the desk and was told it would be another additional $40 for that room and that I was misquoted over the phone. I agreed because we were tired, had been driving several hours, and we needed that room for all of us. A woman came out of the back room claiming to be the owner and said she could handle my issue now. I explained what happened and she said there’s no way my room would be that cost because two queens beds cost that. I said I understand and that I would just contact corporate in the morning and we’re tired and just need to sleep now. She then said she didn’t feel comfortable renting a room to us, that she would refund me and asked us to leave. I was told there’s lots of other hotels around but she didn’t want us to stay there. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a hotel and I was shocked that this situation happened. 0/10 would...
