With the speed of a thousand caffeinated squirrels, my thumbs navigated the digital realm, selecting the Whopper with the precision of a master archer. Then, like a bolt from the heavens, a notification appeared: “Free Medium Fries with your order!” I fell to my knees in reverence. Could this be the hand of Fortuna herself? Verily, it was.

I dispatched my order upon the wings of technology and mounted my trusty steed (a trusty Honda Civic, battle-worn but valiant) toward your golden arches. Spectacularly lame. Waited in the drive through, in front of the order mic for nearly 10 minutes while smelling crew smoking weed near the trash on the other side of the wall. Staff waited so long to connect with us that the moment we'd completed ordering, exasperated older couple behind us just decided to pull up in front. They drove up to the pick up window in front of us to order and paid cash (as they'd already skipped ordering, paying at the payment window, and just squatted at the spot ppl could get their food). They sat there and we waited and waited and the cars kept piling up behind us. We finally see staff handing our kids' meals to the old couple in front of us - who were then very confused and trying to argue with the staff. I got out and tried to explain that was our food but they'd all already touched everything by then. It took over 20 minutes by that point and since the ppl in front were too thick to pull forward, so we (and various ppl behind us) could get the food we'd ordered, we opted for a refund (turned out that took forever as well). I used to Love Buger King! They used to have some of the Best burgers of any fast food joint! Back in tha day anyway... my little boy and I used to go there almost every Friday and take friends to eat dinner with and play on the big play thing thwy used to have. It is ao boring in the kids play room now... unfortunately. And the service and food, for the last like 3 or 4 years now, has gone downhill.. The food is not prepared as well and juat doesn't taste the same anymore. It ia soo sloppily prepared and it's a hit or miss on the attitude your gunna get at the drive up window these past few years. I don't know who they've been having manage it, but just downhill, not the same... And for all that is professional and proper like with ya'lls business, Please get that big, tall Burger King street/marquee sign, that folks are supposed to be able to see coming off or on the interstate, Fixed Already y'all! Its been busted from a storm for like 2 years now! Corporate office, don't you care how y'all are represented anymore?? Sad about missing the good, old...
