Culver’s — Restaurant in Rock Falls

Culver's is a franchise fast food restaurant that makes all of your food to order. The quality of food that comes out of this store has always been impeccable for me.

Rock Falls Culver's employees will greet you every time you come into the store AND when you leave. The food is very pricey but the quality and customer service makes it a worthwhile cost. Frozen Custard is a favorite and Culver's has a new Flavor of the Day every day on top of the base chocolate and vanilla. The cheese curds they make are my favorite menu item, especially with their ranch dressing.

As all food is prepared as ordered, the Drive-Thru is usually quite backed up. With certain products taking upwards of 8 minutes to fry it can be a lengthy wait if you're looking for "fast food". If you do decide to dine in you will be eating at the cleanest restaurant in Rock Falls. Culver's also has an outside dining area for those Spring/Fall days when the weather is wonderful.

Thank you rockfalls Culver's you are by far the best. Not only is your food superior your service is top notch, I can only recall 2 times in 10 years where a mistake was made with my order and when I brought it to your attention you quickly made it right. And tonight was no exception once again you went over and above what your competitors normally do I just got off of work and it was about 10 minutes to 10 I thought there was no way I'd be able to make it in time to get me a Culver's Burger but I tried anyways I pulled up to the drive-thru 2 minutes to 10 I thought for sure you were already going to be closed since many other fast food restaurants start closing before their scheduled time or don't want to take an order when it's too close to closing but even two minutes to closing I heard a cheerful voice on the drive-thru can I take your order I was so pleased that I was able to get my Culver's. You are always my first choice for food and you always will be please keep up...

We were filling up for gas at 9:47pm, and we were hungry, once we noticed there was a Culver's nearby... We got hear at 9:58pm. We weren't sure if they'd actually take out order, but they did. And they we're INSANELY nice about it. I asked my mom to get cheese curds, but she said no because I already ordered a meal and she didn't want to make it more complicated. Once we pulled up to the window Katie got us our drinks and double checked it all. We pulled up to wait for our food, and they brought it out pretty quickly, and not only was it all accurate (we asked for some complicated burgers fyi), but someone must've heard me asking for cheese curds or something, because when she gave us our food they coincidentally had extra cheese curds. The only team member we really interacted with was Katie and she was AMAZING and SUPER nice and friendly. Unfortunately I live in Michigan though, but next time I visit my buddies in Illinois I will most definitely be stopping by...
