Sleep Number — Hotel in Rockwall

We bought our Sleep Number bed with adjustable base and headboard in late March of 2022. My husband was a snorer until our first night in that bed. He had raised the head and foot of the base and set his "sleep number" before closing his eyes for the night. So did I, but he fell asleep before I did. I noticed right away a difference in his breathing behavior. There was a steady calmness about it. He seemed so relaxed; so at peace. I fell asleep soonafter. I was not aware that he ever snored during the night. My sleep has also improved considerably over the past 5 months. There have been many repeat performances since that first night in our bed. I'm convinced the reason is in large part due to his lack of snoring.

We have friends who moved to Central Tx several years ago. We live in North Tx but were vacationing in Central Tx recently and discovered one friend has been suffering from back pain since she moved in with her daughter. Her daughter lives in a one-bedroom apartment and our friend is sleeping on her daughter's living room couch until she can get her own place. When I saw her, she was struggling to walk.

The other friend we visited has a bed made by Sleep Number's major competition. She said she loved her bed; that it was the best bed she had ever slept in. It probably was. But she complained about her inability to sleep through the night. I told her she had not slept on the best bed for her body. When I mentioned Sleep Number, she said she had tried it in the store; but didn't like it. Wow! I asked if she had tried all the Sleep Number beds in the store. She said she had not because on that day, she didn't have time. Wow!

I am going to be in touch with our friends again soon and will be talking more about how they are feeling physically; and how restful sleep consistently could be the key to a much happier life.

Purchased a bed in the summer of 2020, an air chamber is losing air in my bed. It’s not holding went to the store, they told me about a test to plug-in, did the test then I called the warranty division, and they said they’re only gonna cover 50% So when you buy a bed here, their warranties are not good, their true warranty is only good for one year anything after that you have to pay a percentage Being I purchased a bed that was over $4000, I just assumed that I got a good warranty, this is not true. They only warranty for one year.

Update to the owner, this was never disclosed to me at the time of my sale, I would’ve completely understood, and when you say the first term, you mean the very first year so really and truly your bed is only covered for one year after that anybody who buys the bed has to pay out of their pocket, I really assumed and I thought sincerely that Buying this bed For so much money I would be covered Not to mention on your number four of me having the mattress, the inside chamber that host the air busted, I just assumed that this bed would be a lot better than what it was This company does not hold up to their warranty, the bed is not worth the money I spent, Not a...

Update: The chamber on the other side of the bed has now gone flat. Horrible product, horrible warranty (even a prorated warranty after just a year is a horrible warranty).

Purchased a Sleep Number bed and was told there was an amazing 15 year warranty, nothing to worry about, everything would be replaced if there was an issue. Well, exactly 1 year and 2 months later I woke up to my bed being completely flat. They charged me for the air chamber (with a discount, not that that makes it right) and then when it arrived TWO WEEKS later they tried to charge me more for a technician to come install it! RUN RUN RUN from this disastrous, poor quality product with misleading sales tactics! Who in the right mind would buy a bed for over $2000 and expect to PAY to have it fixed just a year later. I've been sleeping on my couch for 2 weeks at this point....
