Update: “Corporate” responded below with a link to “make things right”. It doesn’t even work!!! They don’t care about their customers or the kids. They let their employees do whatever they want without consequences. 👎🏻
Very disappointed! Tonight we went to the Rockwall location for dinner and arrived around 7:15 pm. We ordered game passes, drinks, pizza and the giant cookie. About 15 minutes later I saw a man get salad from the salad bar and decided I wanted salad with my dinner. I went to the register and told the girl standing there that I’d like to purchase a salad. She said, “I can’t help you. I’m on a break. You’ll have to wait.” Then she walked off. So I’m standing there waiting and a few minutes later another girl walks up and I tell her I’d like to buy the salad. She said, “No, the salad bar is closed.” I said, “It’s not even 8:00 y’all are open for another hour.” She said “whatever.” I couldn’t believe it!! Then I said, “Are you serious? Do y’all even want people here?” She just rolled her eyes and walked off!! I was in shock at how rude both girls were. About 10 minutes later a guy gets on the overhead speaker to announce that they are closing in an hour and the salad bar is now closed for the evening. The 2 girls smirked and rolled their eyes at our table.
We also asked (upon arrival) when Chuck E Cheese was going to come out and see the kids and one of the girls- Prestley said he only comes out on busy days and that they didn’t have enough people working tonight anyway. We counted 3 men and 2 women working. There were over a dozen kids in the play area. Corporate Policy should be that Chuck E Cheese makes an appearance once an hour every hour, every day to see the kids. It shouldn’t matter if there’s 1 kid or 100 in the building.HE IS THE ENTIRE REASON KIDS GO TO CHUCK E CHEESE.
As far as the rest of it goes, a restaurant that shuts down services early, refuses to serve food or allow customers to make purchases during business hours and has employees who say “whatever” and are disrespectful and rude without reason should be fired. Oh and the iced tea was...
Read moreThis was my first time taking my grandkids to Chuck E Cheese. We got there a little after it opened around 11:15 and wanted to pay for everything at once (pizza, drinks, game cards) but was told by the only guy working there (Enrique?) that I couldn't order pizzas for 30 minutes. I also told him this was my first time and asked if they had appropriate games for my grandkids (who are almost 3 and almost 5). He had zero personality and offered no help. He handed me three plates, two game cards and cups with no lids. I had to ask where to get drinks and he motioned to where I needed to go. I had to go back up there 30 minutes later to order pizza, which was just inconvenient when you are trying to look after two toddlers. And by that time there were quite a few other people there so I had to wait in line. The pizza was actually good. The grandkids were excited to see Chuck E Cheese when he came out but I think it was the same guy working the front counter because he was not engaging at all with the kids and came out for one little song and left. I guess my only recommendation is to hire people with personalities who like kids. We spent a lot of money and my grandkids had a great time but, as an adult, I saw lots of opportunities for improvement. I do want to compliment the little girl who helped us as we were leaving. My grandsons stamp had rubbed off so she asked to see a photo of him to ensure I was leaving with the right kids so I did appreciate that extra...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting Chuck E. Cheese and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service provided by two team members, Aniya and Neiman. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experience for our group.
Aniya displayed exceptional professionalism, handling every interaction with warmth and efficiency. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail made a noticeable difference in our visit. Whether assisting with game credits or ensuring our table was well taken care of, she truly exemplified what great customer service should be.
Neiman also stood out for his willingness to go the extra mile. He was attentive, patient, and proactive in making sure everyone—especially the kids—had a fantastic time. His positive attitude and enthusiasm created a welcoming atmosphere, turning a regular outing into an extraordinary experience.
It’s rare to come across such dedicated team members who take pride in their work, and Aniya and Neiman certainly set the standard. Chuck E. Cheese is fortunate to have them on board, and I sincerely appreciate their efforts in making our visit exceptional.
If you’re looking for a fun, family-friendly environment with top-notch service, I highly recommend visiting Chuck E. Cheese—especially if Aniya and Neiman...
