Big Pines RV Escape - Cabins & RV — Hotel in Roland

My parents stayed the weekend of the 11th and did not have a good time. There were people being loud late into the night and their neighbors to the right of their site were vomiting and urinating out in the open as well as just being unreasonably noisy into the 1:30 2:00 am time range and being out and around my parents RV late at night. They weren’t going to hold it against the facility because things happen everywhere, however when they reported it they were told it was unacceptable and they want to keep that stuff out of the park due to children being there etc. The park manager stated that the tenant would be removed from the park. I’ve checked both Fridays since then to see if they were removed and they were not, so my parents were told this just to placate them and get them on their way. Due to the lying they have decided to not return there and go back to using one of the other places they have used in the past when visiting. Would not recommend this place. The manager stated the owners were out of town that weekend so this may have contributed...

Does not know APA laws. Got snooty with me when I told her she's not allowed to require documentation other than a doctor's note and believe they do not have to obide by APA laws because they are not an apartment complex. However, "Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state laws, service animals must be permitted in public accommodations, including RV parks." I don't have the energy to report them to APA since she triggered my PTSD and now I am burnt out, but I am copy/pasting this in case it gets deleted by them in which case I will go back and report them since they choose to...

Stayed at the Moonlight Ridge Cabin. Everything was great they have all the items needed if you want to cook and the bed is very comfortable. There is a lot of space in the cabin to move around. Every room is spacious. Enjoyed our stay there very much. Note the couch in the cabin is not the one in the picture it is much smaller now and a additional nightstand in the bedroom would be nice, you know everyone now days has to have their phone right next to them. Overall everything was very nice from the moment we checked in to the time we left. Will be staying again when we come to Fort Smith...
