The facility looked fine but the room was very noise to get into sleep, for example 1) the traffic sounded like next to a busy freeway; 2) the heater was so loud in every 10 or 15 minutes to keep the room setting temperature set at 76 deg. F; 3) the upper floor walk steps and adjacent units' people talking sounds can be heard. Plus, 4) the pillows were so uncomfortable; 5) the restroom did not have exhaust fan; 6) One of the cell phone cannot connect to the Wi-Fi, the cell phone has no connection problem when we stayed at many Wyndham resorts and other...

This is one of the greatest hotels of all time and Zach at the front desk will really help you with great professionalism and care. The other front desk people were great also. The cleaning staff are also great. My wife and I stayed here for three weeks because after the first four days we loved it so much we just booked more time. Very short walk to a lot of Chinese and Vietnamese supermarkets (Hoa Binh/GW/Ranch 99) and restaurants (Pho And/Karina Tacos)and Asian malls and markets as well. A staff who works says they clean pillow case and bed sheets after guests leave. When I checked into this hotel, I found 3 long hairs. 1 on a pillow, another one on other pillow and the other one under the pillow on the bed sheet. The staff first told me he would give me a full refund but later after he talks to his manager, the manager did not approve it. The manager said there is nothing he will do about this.
