This has always been my go to Chinese food spot since I was little. I no longer live in the area but my parents live down the street. Today I came into town craving some so I stopped by for some . I waited over 25 minutes & the guy working there ignored me , and did not help me. I asked him about 3 different times , no response simply ignored me and laughed and walked back to the kitchen. When others came in he assisted them right away . At this point he is still not helping me so I go tell my mom the situation and she comes inside and he ignores and my mom raised her voice and he said give me 2 minutes . 2 minutes pass by and no help whatsoever . I'm very disappointed on how I was not helped but everyone else who was Asian descent he was quick too help. It's super dirty inside and while waiting I saw a few tiny roaches walking around the ready to go food. DO NOT recommend! Stay away. They are in serious health code violation . I left and ate elsewhere ! Take your business elsewhere. TIN TIN RESTAURANT has very good service and it's way cleaner , you won't be...

It's OK. Went there on a Saturday for dinner. Place was not busy at all. There looked like regulars who gather to drink and watch the sports games (probably betting within the groups). These groups gather in the exterior sitting area where they can pop out for a smoke. Regular diners inside are not bothered by their sounds. Decor feels old, and I generally see locals walking out from the surrounding residential neighborhood for meals. Dinner prices here are just as high as other Chinese seafood restaurants. We're always eating ginger and scallion oyster dishes whenever we eat out at such places. I've posted the picture here. They cannot compare with the Seafood Village in Rowland Heights on Nogales. Nothing outstanding here and slightly smaller quantity than expected from a lower end restaurant charging the same higher prices. Not...

The location of the restaurant is nice. However, the woman that assisted my girlfriend and I was extremely rude. After paying for the order i asked for 4 saracha sauce at first she had complications understanding me so she asked for the cooks assistant. I explained he came out with the bottle which was above half full and so the woman went to the back. She then came back with one so i asked for three more if not i offered to pour it myself since i initially asked for 4. She simply laughed walking to the back came back with a single sauce and said i dont have no more and still laughed. Which was not necessary.

Aside, from the service the dish i got was not so appetizing (shrimp...

Improvement is needed. A sign in the to-go area reads line starts here with 2 arrows pointing to the far left and far right. If people ever tell you to get lost, come here and you’ll get lost. The 2 female to-go counter workers are rude. They talk back and insult customers when asked what food do they have. They will reply you by saying can’t you read the menu. Lastly, shumai is filled with too much fat. It should not be more than 1:1 fat to lean ratio.
