KIM Travel — Local services in Rosemead

This trip was a nightmare because our tour guide, King or Kin, he was very rude, loud, very impatient guy. He was working for this Chinese bus tour company, 众信天益, and made our entire trip a nightmare. He always rushed people at every bus stop, and threaten to leave anyone behind if we were late to the bus.

We complained to the booking agent at KIM Travel about this very nasty tour guide afterwards. she told us that we should had called her and she could had helped us change to another tour bus.

Although the bus trip was nightmare and it is operated by 众信天益, Kim travel agents were helpful. Even though Kim Travel is not directly responsible for the actions by the bus company, they're somehow connected because they sell tickets for them. Be careful when you purchase from any travel agency, may sure you know all your rights...
