Motel 6 Rossford, OH — Hotel in Rossford

My partner and I were stranded on the interstate with a flat tire and found this Motel 6 nearby.

We have both traveled extensively and can confidently say this is the cleanest, most well kept motel we’ve ever seen. The beds were perfectly made, with super soft and seemingly new sheets. Not a spec of dust, dirt, or shmutz to be found inside the building.

The construction and design of the rooms feels clean and modern, offering everything you need. The folks that run the property are very kind.

We aren’t from Rossford, but this Motel 6 has the best bed sheets, the best paint choices (brace yourself for beautiful shades of teal and lime), and the hottest water in all of Ohio.. and maybe the nation over. Steamy.

As far as attractions and amenities are concerned, you will find the most diversified selection of gas station goodies and basic self care needs at the BP ‘cross the way. Great snacks, a plethora of beverage options, (both expected and unexpected - they sell Malibu and fine wines at this BP, yall), and all the basics you might require for an unexpected overnight romp in Rossford. Don’t expect your hosts at Motel 6 to give you cute, miniature shampoo and conditioner.. just go get you some from the BP. You only get bar soap in the room, and that’s just fine by me! Who even likes those complimentary shampoos and conditioners anyway?

This Motel 6 is also close to some local bars and burger shacks that might interest a guest hoping to venture out into the realm. We didn’t visit any of them, but the option was nice.

If you are, instead, hoping to stay close to your temporary homestead.. there is a surprising and quaint food truck parked by the Motel 6 and the storage unit facility that neighbors it. They offer burgers, tamales, and who knows what else! Mysterious and cute! There is a small garden and some seating by the food truck that looked nearly romantic. We regret not...

I was in my second week staying at motel 6 on buck rd Rossford oh .I ask for clean sheets because I could feel something. U said I would Chang them my self .the girl at the desk told me to bring her the dirty ones back up.i am handicap and hand a broken wheel.she said she's not house keeping and she's not doing anything.she said I was treating her like my personal slave because I refused to bring the dirty sheets back. She was outrageously abknockouce. The my door key never worked ever.it took me 2 days with bleach spay to yesterday get the filth from the microwave and phone and doors and glass.well if you think that was bad.so I'm laying in bed on fri.and I start feeling this again .so I ordered the stuff from Walmart to see if it was bed bugs .1 pk yeast 2 cup sugar and 4 cup of warm water I put them around the room and under the bed. O my God!well I found out why my legs where all red and even bleeding I had bites all over me .as I started to look I couldn't believe it they were massive.this is Monday and I'm sting trying to clear my body up I had to just leave everything as to reduce taking them magerly. My rectum is so sore I can't stand it .I tried speaking to the manager but he acted like it was no big deal and then even went as far as saying I brought then .there's no way thay got that bad if I were the one to bring them. I called before I went there and ask if they're was any chance of a problem .the manager said they had the beds covered so they could get a problem I also ask as I got the room and they assured me there could be no problem. The next morning while I was.sleeping there was a knock at the door .the man can iwhile I was in bed took 2 swips with the spray and left.the tiny one are still crawling on me. What a night mare...

It’s 11:47 at night . all 2 of my keys stopped working simultaneously and I couldn’t get into my room or the building. They had all the doors locked with a sign saying no more rooms available. I waited waited , rang the doorbell, and the rudest woman I ever met in my life comes to the window I said sorry all my keys just stopped working I can’t get into my room, she replies “THIS SECOND KEY I GIVE YOU TODAY YOU NO BOTHER ME AT NIGHT AGAIN! “ I Said ma’am how am I supposed to get into my room if my key doesn’t work I’m not trying to bother you or keep coming up here either. Her reply was “DONT COME UP HERE AGAIN FOR THIS THIS BE LAST TIME YOU BOTHER ME” “resets” my key I go to my room and the key STILL DOESNT WORK. for Jesus f christ, the rooms dirty scratchy sheets the showers are disgusting had to scrub myself. Under the bed is tons of dust and lint where you can tell the vacuum stops reaching . Just absolute disgusting service this is a business do your job right if you’re going to disrespect and scream in my face over your own incompetence. Do NOT recommend.
