Do not go here! They totally discriminated against 2 people with disabilities and refused to serve us. They broke the law and will be reported to the ADA enforcement. We asked to speak to the manager or give us her name and they refused. We even called the Rossford police and Subway refused to tell him as well. He spoke to the manager on the phone and she gave him the runaround also. These teenage girls thought it was funny and all a big joke. They were laughing and so immature. This was so unprofessional. They said it was "against their policy" to take our order at the drive thru window. The whole reason we CHOSE this location was because they had a drive thru since we knew we could not go inside. Please tell me the difference of ordering to a person thru a window or putting it on a touch screen. Yes. there is a touch screen way before the window you are supposed to order on. My rotator cuff is torn in my left shoulder rendering it useless and making it impossible to reach outside the window to do this. (What if I had no left arm at all? That would be funny to them too!) And the meniscus is torn in in my right knee and I have 6 herniated discs in my back. Yes, I can drive, but it is very painful to get in and out of the car and walk, not that it is any of their business. I was driving my partner home from the hospital who had a urinary cather in place draining bloody urine. We tried to explain this to them, that they did not really want bloody urine displayed inside their restaurant where people might be eating, but they did not empathize or care. If a rule of "cant take your order no matter what your disability is" is enforced, then the rule needs to be changed. Our handicap placard was clearly visible to them but we should not have even needed one. They ended up losing business through the drive through because we wouldnt leave until the police got there to assist us. So who really got hurt here? They did. Shame on Subway for discriminating this way. They should know they can be sued for such actions. The only thing we did was ask for the name of the manager and they locked the window on us. Shame on...

Then when someone calls off bc of family emergency gets mad even though they let them know ahead of time it’s not an associates problem to find someone to cover their shift, that’s what the lead or manager especially when they was dealing with a family emergency.. then took all their shifts away but one and made a minor close the restaurant on a Sunday night when they had school the next day. Shame on you!! The person running the place constantly mean to associates rude and doesn’t take the time to help them. Just gets mad when when they don’t close right even though they didn’t have all the help they needed she really shouldn’t be running the store please don’t hold things that happen out of people control against these hard working teens it’s more like bullying shame on you! You should be helping them to exceed not breaking them down very bad for business! Please find someone else that deserves the position and willing to help their associates not just their favorites. These teens needs all the tools to exceed not fake it until they make it.
