North Shores Villa — Hotel in Saint Augustine

North Shore Villa was the perfect place for our family summer vacation. We absolutely loved the beautifully decorated home, both on the interior and exterior.. It was very clean and full of lots of room. We spent endless hours of fun in the pool and hot tub. The local neighborhood pickleball courts were used by my boys on a daily basis. Our early morning walks or runs along the beach and around the quiet neighborhood was heavenly. The walking distance to the beach was awesome! We loved the hours of fun we spent on the beach. We appreciated the great beach chairs, toys, and paddle boards that were all provided. We loved how they provided a place for us to shower off the sand in the backyard.

This truly is the perfect spot to make family memories. The pool house was so nice to have and provided even more room and privacy. The whole set up is like your own private resort. We loved the time we spent around Vilano Beach and all the super fun activities and deep history around St. Augustine. We found some favorite restaurants and yummy ice cream parlors. It was one of those vacations that went by way too fast and no one was ready to leave. We will definitely want to come back to North Shore Villa. Everything about it was perfect...

We had the best time staying at the North Shores Villa in St Augustine, Florida. We were able to accommodate 7 teenagers and 5 adults with a couple of beds to spare. Grandma and grandpa loved having their own space in the pool house apartment in back to sleep and take a break from the group. The home was clean and in excellent condition. The space in the kitchen allowed us make meals at home and all eat together. We enjoyed time inside doing puzzles and watching shows downstairs all together. The teens also had extra room to play foosball and hang out together in the upstairs rec room. We were able to use the pool and hot tub even though the January sun wanted to stay behind the clouds most days we were there. Venturing out of the house, the teens loved being able to walk right over to the beach for sunset pics and walks along the beach. We were even able to attend the local Sunday church service across the street from the house. They were warm and welcoming. We also enjoyed the local attractions including the old town St Augustine historical fort, the jail and the alligator farm. We loved our time there and look forward...

My family loved our recent stay a North Shores Villa! The location is ideal: a block to the beautiful Vilano Beach and also walkable to the boardwalk, Vilano Beach Pier and a Publix. Across the street you’ll find a park with a little something for everyone: swings, pickle ball and more.

The home and yard are immaculate and you can see the attention to detail given by the owners. We had everything we needed: kitchen is well stocked—coffee maker, kettle, truly everything. Shampoo and conditioner was provided, that was a nice touch. The home has an area for everyone: the pool house is ideal for those that want more quiet private space. The deck on the upper floor (front and back) is great! We had plenty of space to gather but also spread out!

The amenities don’t stop with the inside: the hot-tub and pool were a huge hit, we enjoyed them every day of our stay. There is an outdoor grill as well; beach chairs/wagon and pool toys too.
