Adventure Boat Tours — Local services in Saint Augustine

My son was sadly separated from family without consent and made to sit alone in the back of the boat with strangers. After we arrived early and were told not to sit in an area of five reserved chairs, our family of nine found seating in 2s or 3s so we could enjoy the experience with family that we only get to see a couple times a year. Just before the tour began, Captain Jimmy made my son move to the back of the boat away from family members. I asked why my son was moved from sitting beside two family members and was told to allow another family to sit together. Terrible and unprofessional! I let my son have my seat next to his dad and I went to the back of the boat next to a stranger and was multiple rows away from any family. I purchased nine tickets for the sunset boat tour to celebrate my dad’s 75th birthday and traveled seven hours for this special occasion. I found, booked and paid for this tour in advance and arrived early as instructed. It is not fair that my family was separated and that Captain Jimmy made my child move to the back of the boat with strangers and without parental consent. We booked this incredible experience directly through Della, who was very attentive and helpful. She was flexible with organizing our large group. From start to finish this was an amazing evening! Scott, the captain, and his crew were fun-loving. They allowed us to play music and dance the night away on the boat. It is a nice touch to be able to bring your own beverages as well! We were fortunate enough to see dolphins at play- a unique experience for many of our clients. The impending rain also held out and we marveled at the beauty of our town St.Augustine! I cannot say enough amazing things about this company. We used them for a shuttle service to go from Vilano to St Augustine and back again. I thought it would just be a straight shot, not knowing that we would just be tagged on to tours already booked. On the way there we tagged onto the eco dolphin tour so took a little detour around porpoise point and saw dolphins. On the way back we took a detour all along the shore of St Augustine and even went under the lit up cross! The captain and crew could not be more friendly and knowledgeable.
