Why tell me WHY I sat there for 30 minutes. THIRTY MINUTES just to use the bathroom only to be told sorry sir we’re drive through only. DRIVE THROUGH ONLY???? I SAID SPECIFICALLY THAT I DIDNT WANT ANY FOOD OR DRINKS THEN WHEN THEY WERE NO WERE TO BE FOOD. I walked around scared and alone . I couldn’t find any body. NO ONE. For thirty minutes until a kind stranger explained to me that sonic had no rest rooms I immediately RAN TO THE CLOSEST GAS STATION. A mile away!!!! Only to be told they had their restrooms closed. AT LEAST THEY TOLD ME. I will be sueing sonic for the damages done to my body and the embarrassment I had as I was forced to walk back to my car soiled in my own liquid. Btw don’t ask why I didn’t drive. I ran out of gas because I left my car on while waiting. I thought I had too!! No body else had their cars off. I had to have my own mother pick me up. Can you imagine explaining this to your own mother? This shame wasn’t caused by me. Read moreThis location is a joke. I went through the drive thru and had to wait a few minutes behind another car before they just drove off. I waited at the speaker and even called out but got no response. I drove around to one of the kiosks and pushed the button to order. Saw the truck that was behind me in the drive thru also drive off and leave. A minute later a kid came out to tell me that the kiosk I’m at doesn’t work. I told him about the drive thru not working and multiple people have tried to order. He just argued they’re busy and other people are doing “ahead orders” and that’s what people were doing, it didn’t even make sense. I didn’t see anybody actually getting food. He wanted to argue like that was supposed to excuse them completely ignoring customers. He told me I could move to another kiosk and wait till they had time or try the drive thru again. I have never had such a rude experience at a fast food place. I will never go back and hope others...

I placed a mobile order and was given instructions to park at a mobile pickup spot and press the red button to tell them my name well all of the Ordering stalls near the mobile pickup area were out of order so I had to park a little further away and when the employee came to hand me my food he proceeded to say in the most ignorant way possible that next time I place a mobile order I need to park closer to the mobile pickup location so he doesn’t have to walk so far. So I’m getting made to feel like it’s my fault that he had to walk an extra 15 feet to deliver the food that I paid for? like how lazy and disrespectful are these teenagers they hire because It’s blowing my mind that this location is still operating when half the ordering stalls are out of order the parking lot/drive thru is full of potholes and they can’t hire people that have basic customer...
