1ļøā£ Four people in a room? My 7-year-old weekend guest suddenly became a full roommate according to them. 2ļøā£ Trash in the hallway? One bag gone immediately, the other a diaper set for 7 minutes ā manager kicks it into my room while screaming like Jerry Springer. Bonus: quiet hours āviolationā because she was the one yelling. 3ļøā£ Late payment? I forgot my wallet, paid 30 minutes later. Fine. Then my partner accidentally double-booked ā staff said āpolicyā and threatened eviction instead of using common sense. 4ļøā£ No shirt in the hallway? Yep, apparently stepping your head out while getting dressed = āeviction-worthy behavior.ā
Police were actually present while they kicked us out. Honestly, if youāre looking for a hotel where petty staff will turn the tiniest things into a full-blown eviction drama, this is it. If you value your sanity⦠just stay literally anywhere else.

Your unprofessional approach to you calling the police after kicking a diaper back in my room (which the camera can see that clearly since you and your team LOVES to review camera footage to justify wrongful evictions and 105 is directly in front of a camera). You kicked me out while I was in the middle of breastfeeding my child, HENCE WHY I WAS TOPLESS WHEN I ANSWERED THE DOOR. YOU acted unprofessionally and āpsychoticā, violating your own QUIET HOURS policy (10pm-7am and this event happened at 7:16am) by yelling Iām getting out of here because you were āsick of my shitā- mind you, I have NEVER interacted with you prior. We both called the police because you were not about to make ME the perpetrator, when you didnāt approach me with the DIGNITY of a respectable manager. You are the most unprofessional individual I have ever met in my life and one of the ONLY people to ever do something as foul as kicking a pregnant, breastfeeding mother out, WRONGFULLY, without any negotiation whatsoever. There are more bad reviews on this location than any location in the area. Was the place clean, sure? Was I told about the policy on occupancy when I booked the room, no. The only thing Olivia said while giving us the key with our three people in tow (me, my partner, and I) was that anyone visiting over 18 has to sign in at the front desk. Additionally you must have me confused with another guest because I NEVER stepped out of my room underdressed, and even when you shouted at me down the hall that you were sick of my shit, I had my head popped out, you pushed the door and kicked the diaper in my room, exposing me, while again I was in the middle of getting me and my baby together. I kept saying āLet me grab my shirt annd I will take that out.ā After the third time she yelled at me to pick it up. Iām not a dog. Again, Sarah was the one that cause the disturbance that morning by barking at me to pick up the pamper like she was a correctional officer and I was an inmate. She did not approach me like a paying guest. Had she given me 5 seconds to put on a shirt and grab my baby, the whole disturbance she made wouldnāt have even escalated. The occupancy policy states that no more than FIVE people to ONE ROOM is unacceptable. I had my step daughter for a WEEKEND. And we only SLEPT in the room for the most part. Didnāt spend any additional time there except maybe one off day. I had a baby bed for my child. And a cot for my step child.. I also have a baby camera so I can watch my baby when I step away for short periods of time. I travel a lot for work and I thought I had found a good place. I booked this place through agoda. We'll I went to check in 11/9/24.
Mind you I've been here before with my service dog. It was raining so I left him in the car since I didn't have a problem last time I stayed here and the staff was friendly and I had gotten to know them. I have ptsd, night terrors and extreme anxiety going some place new, but since I have been here I felt relaxed. I went to check in told the lady why I have a service dog, she then called someone and she told her my story felt fishy. And if it was a service dog it would be with me all the time. They wanted to charge me 100 deposit which I knew of but then add a 20 pernight pet fee, the lady then asked where is his service dog paperwork and rabies vaccine paperwork. Which it is against the law to ask the questions about service dog paperwork . She argued that she can ask for the service guide dog papers.me my anxiety was building and I could feel I was getting ready to explode but since my dog was in the car I left so I wouldn't end up in jail and him have to go to a pound. I also booked this through a company called agoda. They said they have been trying to get a hold of the property but couldn't get a hold of anyone and they will have to email them to see if I can get my refund.

Never again will I stay at this place and I will be putting a fraud alert on my card for this hotel. They are the ones that broke the booking not me by not honoring ADA guidelines , I've attached the guidelines to this post so people with disabilities and services animals know there rights. AND KNOW NOT TO STAY Here. Today agoda said they talked to the property and now the property said that since i can't show proof of vaccine records or proof it's a service dog I still have to pay a pet fee. I told the lady at the desk I can show PROOF of vaccination records but she cannot ask for paperwork on a service dog. This hotel is using the wait to the last minute when you cant cancel policy to get to keep the money from your booking then not have to let you check in. Then they turn around and rent that room out again so they make double the money. This hotel is a disgrace and very crooked. Do not book anything on line and don't even use this place.
After reading your response I can tell you are very dishonest. She even told me it was the manager. And your wrong I told her I can show proof of vaccination he has his tag on him. And then she said service papers showing he's service dog. I even have it in the email from agoda saying this from you since I couldn't provide paperwork or proof of service dog and vaccine records that is the reason you will not issue a refund And that's fine I will be taking this and filing a complaint with ada gov. Because yes as it states most of the time the dog has to be with handler but it's not at all times. As I even explained I had been here before and I did take him with me the first time and everything was pleasant. I left him him the car this time because I felt from my last visit see previous comment in thread. And I did attach the guide lines even on that matter since his primary job is my not terrors I was also not sleeping when checking in so he does not need to be with Again I will say this this place is crooked they new I was bringing my service dog when I booked this, they waited until check in to tell me I need 1 proof of service dog and 2 vaccine records. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhen we first got there the room had roaches the the air conditioner was full of junk garbage and everything else they blamed us for their roach problems as we got ready to leave not only that but because I needed to speak to my husband because they decided not to extend our stay she called the cops for calling my husband then proceeded to have us kicked out within 3 hours if you're a mixed-race couple or if you're black do not stay at this place they are very very racicst. The lady at the office is rude at best they charge you for everything they can they charged us for Internet that we didn't even get to use, we used the one that they were supposed to allow us for free and charged $59 for that. Do not stay here if you do not have to this place is horrifying they don't clean up like they're supposed to there's dog crap all over the property so you're liable to walk in dog poop. There are gas stations and fast food places nearby. This is not a good place to stay the staff there is rude other than the housekeeping and maintenance. They can yell at you but if you say anything to them they say it's a breach of their rules I'm sorry but their rules totally suck they charge you for everything like I said if you stain on any of there lines they charge you $45. The stoves in the room are dangerous while we were there there was a fire in one of the rooms because of what I'm assuming was an electrical problem with the stove because everybody that was talking after the fire was saying oh well that could have been us because our stove Sparks too. Be warned do not stay here. Additionally I am going to add to this because I've been reading a lot of the reviews on here about how that the general manager and the owner is saying that people are cussing the staff out their version of cussing the staff out is if you say anything to them at all that's cussing them out if you try to discuss with them what is going on your cussing them out. The staff cannot handle words being spoken to them. I love it when people tell lies we kept that room clean our room did not stink and for you to sit here and say you have photographic proof that we brought the roaches I want to see those pictures and didn't nobody assault nobody and you saying that I didn't pay for the internet I was never approached or asked to pay for the internet until the day that we were told you were not renewing us so please keep your lies to yourself. And that bi-weekly cleaning that you say was supposed to happen didn't nobody ever come to our room to clean it we kept our room clean ourselves we didn't even use your towels or anything we used our own stuff so you just say that the linens were dirty and smelly that's all on you cuz we didn't use your s*. The pest control only came to our room twice and they did not go through our stuff and they never saw any open food as you put it and if we did have roaches when we moved in supposedly wouldn't have you said I'm sorry but you can't move in here because of our hygienic standards come on now let's all keep it real you know dang well that they were in your room you just don't want to accept responsibility. If you look at all the other reviews on here you can tell that your rooms are not clean there are a lot of people who complained about the cleanliness of your hotel maybe you need to look into your staff and see what really...
