Asked for 2 Red Bull juneberry slushes and got charged 9.50 for 2 slushes without red bull and add juneberry increasing the price by 3$ then when I asked if it was just the Red Bull juneberry slushes I was told yes that’s how they ordered. Have had multiple problems with this place never returning. Can’t even read an order back right. Just “yup, yup, yup” also they don’t have a phone so don’t even try to call with any complaints. Itll just ring forever until you get annoyed and hang up. Maybe they removed their phone because they got embarrassed by how many people call up there with their order wrong. Maybe if they told people their total at the speaker and repeat back orders then they wouldn’t get so many people orders wrong. Also you can’t order ahead on the app anymore, guess that was also to much for them. Sad excuse for a fast food restaurant.

Closed randomly. Stalls are all broken. Giant potholes right infront of the drive thru lane, super dangerous. Staff is trying their best but I'm positive the franchise owner is to blame. Food is ok but nobody cleans the bags or cups so it gets all over your hands and car.

Closed randomly. Stalls are all broken. Giant potholes right infront of the drive thru lane, super dangerous. Staff is trying their best but I'm positive the franchise owner is to blame. Food is ok but nobody cleans the bags or cups so it gets all over your hands and car.

BEWARE!!! TERIBBLE CUSTOMER SERVIDE!! 30+ MINUTE WAIT TIME!!! DISRESPECTFUL MANAGER (Javier)!!!

It's too bad you can't rate a place like this and their manager (Javier) 0 stars, because they certainly deserve it.

After paying for my original order (large milkshake, mozzarella sticks, and a corndog) the drive thru worker let me know that they were out of corn dogs. I requested a refund for the corndog. Instead they cancelled my entire order, made a new order, required me to pay for the new order (large shake and mozzarella sticks) and stated that a refund would be processed within a few business days for the cancelled order. They however did not provide a customer copy receipt of the cancelled order. I requested the receipt in the event that payment was not refunded, so I could reference the specific order number, date, time, location, etc.

After 20+ minutes of requesting this receipt and to speak to the manager (all the while the rest of the employees are laughing cracking jokes in the background). the manager (Javier) finally came to the window and stated that the customer copy receipt was thrown in the trash, and that they wouldn't be digging through the trash or creating a new receipt. When I requested to take a picture of the merchant copy he refused and said it was against policy and that I'd just have "deal with it". Javier's nonchalant attitude and effort to correct their mistake was incredibly frustrating!!

In total, I spent 30+ minutes in a FAST FOOD DRIVE THRU, on what should have been a simple correction. I still don't have a receipt of the cancelled order, and am incredibly frustrated with the total lack of customer service and disrespect from Javier and his team.

Conclusion... don't waste your time or money at this location with managers and employees like Javier working there. Literally go anywhere else (McDonald's, Burger...

Honestly, it's probably my own fault for continuing to order food from here every few months, but I believe in second chances, and every time my order is messed up. This time, the only special request I had was no cheese on a steak butter bacon cheeseburger-a promotional item they are currently offering. Not only did they ignore my request for no cheese, there wasn't even steak butter on it! The burger was $6.79 before tax. Regular price. Nothing extra. I basically paid damn near $8 for a double cheeseburger with bacon and mayo. I tried calling twice with no answer at 8pm...an hour before closing. The first time I hung up after 3 minutes of listening to the phone ring. The second time I spent 5 minutes listening to the phone ring before I was disconnected. Who the hell is running this place, why can't they answer the phone, and why are we paying fast food workers $15/ hour to screw up orders this often? I want my money back. I can't even eat cheese so my $8 burger might as well have been a donation to these over-paid employees who can't read since i have to throw away my meal unless some homeless person is desperate for my leftovers. I've worked in fast food for many years prior to the job I currently have. Never have I experienced such poor customer service and ignorance. I'm sure nobody there cares though. That's usually how it goes. I won't hear a damn thing about this from anyone at Sonic. I dare you to prove me wrong. Update: instead of waiting, I called the 1-800 number that was posted on other negative reviews. The woman I spoke to was totally cool. We'll see if I get any response from the store itself though. Ask for a receipt and do not leave the window until you unwrap and inspect everything. After 15 minutes waiting behind 2 people, I was handed a medium drink and shake instead of large, and I peeked in my bag and saw what appeared to be my double cheeseburger, and some tots (figured most fell out of the cup). I was hungry and in a hurry since I hadn't eaten in 10 hours, so I left.

Got to my place, found out I just paid about $20 for a cold single (not double like I ordered) cheeseburger that looked like someone sat on it, a medium instead of large drink and shake, and half a cup of admittedly awesome tots (very upset that most were gone). No receipt in the bag, of course. This will be the last time I forget why I avoid this place.

Since the review has me rate atmosphere, lights and screens were out seemingly at random in the car park areas; some of the screens were on, some not, some of the overhead lights were on, some not. About 2/3 or more of the lights were out, wasn't sure if the place was even open when I drove up. Someone else tried a couple stalls, then got in the drive-thru. Service wasn't quite rude, but I figured they were upset as it appeared the truck ahead of the person I was behind had a lot to say to them. I guess they were smart enough to unwrap their food and call out the smaller drinks or lack of tots/fries.

Normally I wouldn't care if the food is good, but that's not the case. I shouldn't have to blow $20 on a meal and then make another one for myself...
