My husband and I have never bought a mattress before, but were in the market for a new one after YEARS of sleeping on an old, uncomfortable mattress. We weren't sure what we were looking for or what to expect. We went in on 1/02/2020 and Samia greeted us and helped us with our purchase. I'm not a fan of overbearing sales people and she definitely was not like that. She first asked us questions simple questions to get a feel of what we would possibly be interested. Then, she showed us a mattress, let us lie on it, and left us so we could contemplate about it between ourselves, which I really appreciate. Sometimes, having someone hover over you makes things kinda hard to really mull over. My partner and I were desperate for a new mattress, but we were apprehensive to buy one of those beds in a box on Amazon, so we went to Mattress Firm to just test a few out with no intentions of actually buying one. But let me tell you, we were helped by a woman named Cathy. She was incredibly knowledgeable, and she allowed us to try almost every single mattress! She even showed us a few different pillows without ever coming across as “pushy“ or trying to “just make a sale.” She was genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect fit for us. When we told her we were on a pretty modest budget, she showed us the “value mattresses” they had, but in the end, we splurged and bought one of the more luxurious beds. We spent $2800 on a new bed with the motor that goes up and down. In store, everything was great. We even opened a new credit card. During delivery, they delivered it to the wrong address.

I called the number back they called me from and said they delivered it and we got into a disagreement. So I walked around the block. I found the wrong address they delivered it to.

They came back and reloaded the bed and delivered it to my address and apologized.

Then they asked me to sign a form where they admitted to me they already signed themselves because the address they delivered it to, no one was home and they spoke to them through a video doorbell. So I signed above the signature they forged.
