**Quiubo Review** Our family decided to try Quiubo, a new local Colombian restaurant, this past Sunday, and overall, we had a great experience. The staff was fantastic—attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the start. A nice touch is that they have menus for kids. My daughter loved her cheeseburger and fries, while my son, curious to try something different, went for the empanadas. He declared they were the best he's ever had! My husband enjoyed the Arroz Paisa, though he did mention it was a bit oily for his taste, but it still packed plenty of flavor. As for me, I opted for the Cobb salad. While it was decent, I think it would have been better with a protein added, so that's something I'd adjust next time. We loved the fresh fruit juices! I also must add that they also have a bar and stay open late in the evening. Overall, we had a pleasant time and will likely return to explore more options on their menu.

There aren’t really a lot of restaurants 192 on the east side of St.Cloud so Florida Burger & coffee in the Magnolia Square Plaza doesn’t really have any nearby competition, but I’d rather drive a few miles west for MUCH better food. Once inside you pick your seat, no hostess, just a comfortable, cozy cute place. There was never more than two tables of diners during our visits yet service was horrible, the food is pretty much the same, not so much. I had the Colombian Breakfast which consist of, Arepa Queso, eggs and Chorizo. The AQ was flavorless with a small amount of cheese inside. The Chorizo was also extremely dry with beans that were undercooked. The eggs, I ordered scrambled, were partially undercooked. The hamburger was nothing special, the fries were pre-packaged. Other than a comfortable atmosphere we really didn’t enjoy this restaurant. The food just wasn’t enjoyable and we won’t return or recommend.

After not being pleasantly satisfied the first time I tried this restaurant, I decided to give it a “second chance”. My fist time was during their grand opening, so I thought not everything could be perfect. I must say this has been the worse Colombian restaurant I’ve ever been to in FL. The so called “steak” had no taste and it was so hard we couldn’t even chew it (must be the cheapest cut of meat out there) The beans, were mostly tomato juice (Did they run out of beans?) I could count the beans in the container, and the rice portion looked more like a sample portion. On the plus side, service was ok, Colombians are the nicest people out there. Oh and did I mention there were also quite a few flies inside the restaurant? Overall, I do not recommend this place but if you don’t want to take my word for it, see for yourself. I’m Sorry but I’m just being honest. Never again!

First time visiting this restaurant. We understand how sometimes service can be compromised when it’s busy. However, when we arrived, we were the second table there.. They forgot to give us silverware and the table had sticky residue. No worries there things happen.

We asked for our beverages and a towel. When the waitress arrived, the glasses were overfilled spilling our smoothie on the table snd yet no towel. I asked the waitress again for a towel so I can clean it as it’s a possibility they could have been busy with online orders. She left and did not return. After waiting a bit, we received another waitress That took our order. I asked her to please bring a towel so I can wipe the table in which she returned and took care of it. Very lovely of her.

Our food arrived, and for the most part, it was OK. However, The breaded chicken breast had no flavor and was extremely dry. We needed to ask the second waitress for silverware’s as the first one forgot. She seemed busy at the bar area preparing drinks for other patrons.

The second waitress had an excellent personality and was very attentive.

Some things to take into consideration when going are, The portions are small for the price and they do not allow substitutions, at least that was our case.

Taking into consideration other reviews I believe the errors were a genuine mistake thus not preventing us from revisiting. hopefully our second time around is a...

I never leave reviews about a place I eat at but I really can't let this one go. Me and my wife went in for lunch on Tuesday May 11 2021 @1:10 pm. We both came here after reading some reviews, most of the reviews were positive so we thought we would give it a try. You figure a place with Burger in it would focus on that brand name. To start with the service was ok,the server took our order right away. She really didn't seem to understand what we were saying but it all work out in the end. My wife order a bacon burger Medium with just bacon cheese and mayo. the burger came out well done with everything on it. And there is no way those are 8oz patties. I orderd a cheese burger Medium-rare and it came out 🔥burnt. I didn't complain I just ate it. The price for two burger were over $23 dollars. The price of the food wasn't the issue but how do you charge people for frozen burger patties and claim they are fresh and claim they are half pound when you know that's not true. I guess it's ok for some but not for me. I am all about supporting our local business but I can say I will never ever try this place again or recommend it to anyone else (I don't eat at any cooperate place,it's all family...

We decided to visit Quiubo Colombian yesterday afternoon, a local favorite spot that’s recently been renamed. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Ariana. The bistro has a cozy feel, and the familiar vibe is nice, though I’d personally prefer the music volume to be more ambient than party-like.

We ordered a Garden Salad with House Balsamic, Chicken Empanadas, a side of Rice and Beans, and a Mushroom Mozzarella Burger with fries. The salad and dressing were pleasant, but the rice and beans truly stole the show with their unexpectedly bold and amazing flavors! The burger was cooked to a perfect medium, and the seasoning was fantastic. The fries were equally spot-on!

Despite the generous portions, I saved room for their Tres Leches cake, and I’m glad I did. It wasn’t overly sweet, making it the perfect way to end the meal—absolutely delectable! I paired it with a cortadito, which was the cherry on top.

How do they do it? Quiubo Colombian is definitely worth another visit to explore the rest of the menu! Sorry, no photos, y’all...
