At first our stay at Super 8 was nice and peaceful, the house keeping staff were super nice and accommodating for us. We stayed for 13 days total, and from some reason this was an issue for the manager. Within the first few days of our stay, we had met the cleaning staff members, who were all very sweet. One was maybe a little too much for us, and I say this for a reason. We have 3 kids under the age of 5, and the head house keeper seemed to really enjoy our kids, we didn't mind her saying hi and bringing them little snacks, but what DID bother me however was the fact that she had came into our room while we were all sleeping to say hi to the kids. I had brought this up to the front desk lady, and clearly nothing was done about it, because it happened 3 more times. Eventually, I had to say something to the lady and let her know that she cannot just keep coming into our room while we are sleeping to say hi to our kids. During our stay we had some small issues with other people being too loud above us and waking our kids who are all under 5. We had called the front desk and let them know what was going on, and they attempted to deal with the rude people. After several attempts, the front desk lady informed us we could try talking to them ourselves and see if that could work, and so we did. The next day after those people left, a young couple came and were also being unreasonably loud, again we called the front desk, and the same situation took place. Eventually, they moved them to a different room. When we had first had our bedding changed we had pointed out some stains on the mattress to the staff and they told us it was fine and they would deal with it at a later time, and that was the end of it... Or so we thought. During our last second to last day of staying, the manager came to our room and pounded on the door, when my partner opened the door, the manager immediately snapped at him, claiming he needed to do a "room inspection" because the cleaning ladies informed him about the stains. Unfortunately, that night my 4 year old stepson got ahold of one of my markers and drew all over the sheets, which we took accountability for and were more than willing to pay for the damage our kid had caused. (Though a little bleach would've taken the marker out.) We then were blamed for the stains that were on the mattress itself, and were charged an extra $50 for these "damages". I had to ask the manager to come back and explain to him that those stains were there long before us and I had pointed them out to the cleaning staff. He was very dismissive of this and left and still charged us for the stains on the actual mattress. The following morning, we received yet another set of poundings on our door. The manager told us we "complained too much about people above us" I had again explained that we had only complained about 2 different people who were being excessively loud above us and that the front desk lady had suggested we try talking to them. Unfortunately, that same lady had lied to the manager claiming she "did not tell us to do that". I had had enough of this, these were all issues that had happened within the first week of us being at the hotel and there wasn't a problem then, so why now all of the sudden a WEEK later were these things an issue? We'd done nothing wrong and followed the rules of the hotel. We even went as far as helping the cleaning staff when it came to our room, the cleaning staff had told us on multiple occasions how we were the only ones who'd ever helped with the cleaning and upkeep of the room. We were genuinely confused when all of the sudden we were getting what felt like harassed by the manager for issues that happened a WEEK ago. The manager told us he would "let us" stay 1 more night, but after that we would have to leave, I had interjected and said no. I told him how I felt like this was starting to become an uncomfortable pattern of what felt like harassment, since this was now the second day in a row that he'd came pounding on our door. We no longer felt welcome, and so we packed our stuff, and left. My main confusion here is, all of those issues happened a week ago and nothing, literally nothing, was said about it to us. Why all of the sudden was there a problem for things that were delt with a week ago? Definitely not going to stay here again, I don't appreciate being lied to and about, having issues that weren't issues at the time they happened being brought up a week after they happened, and being blamed for "damages" we didn't cause. Don't stay here unless you want to have more money taken from you for things you didn't do. If I could give this place a 0 out of 5 stars I most definitely...

Rooms were super inexpensive $85 compared to $226 nearby. The front desk personnel - Brenda was AMAZING and cheerful even at 10:00 PM for our late check-in. No SNAFUs! No problem with the key! The room is super clean and well-lit. Bathroom had a tub which was clean and also had a handheld shower head which is a SUPER PERK for me. Hair dryer is provided. Plenty of soft and absorbent towels. The shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap have a pleasant scent. There is also a coffee pot and one can use this for tea also. Coffee pods, sugar and creamer were provided. Water pressure was good, water was hot. Our room was a queen/non-smoking with microwave and mini refrigerator. Everything smelled fresh and was clean. I seldom leave a tip for the cleaning persons. But this time, I was more than grateful to leave a few clams for the great clean room! Sheets are good quality, pillows are fluffy/puffy and good quality also. WI-FI, Air conditioner, television, streaming product, microwave and refrigerator worked great. Tiny issue...the TV goes to a smaller screen when in high def. No big deal. Some EXTRAS... Washer and Dryer, Postal Service, Vending machine soda / water only $2.00, Ice machine all of these machines are downstairs behind a door so you cannot hear them. This is a 2 story building. Read moreI stayed in the Deluxe King Suite with my 3 kids (6, 3, 1) and my mom for a midway stop on our road trip from Arizona to Idaho. I chose this location because it was pretty central drive time for both legs of the trip and I didn't want to repeat the awful extended leg that we did going down when we stayed with a family member in SLC. I specifically booked this because it was advertised as a "family" room - 1 king room, 1 queen room, and the living room with a pull out. It was perfect! The queen room had its own door, which was perfect for me and the baby so if she woke up in the middle of the night the crying could hopefully be more contained. The closet alcove was a perfect size for a pack n play with a slumberpod over it. The king room just had a wall divider, no door, but it worked well enough. The pull out would not have been great for an adult (what pull out ever is?) but it was perfect for 2 little kids under 40lbs. Plus there was free breakfast which was an added bonus. Nothing special there- waffles, toast, cereal, oatmeal, bananas, yogurt- but there is a Denny's across the street if you want something with less carbs. Water pressure in the shower was great, rooms were super clean. Overall a great experience and I don't want to ever stay in a traditional hotel room...
