I was traveling back to California from Minnesota and had to get some gas, when I decided to grab some grub. I enjoy going to different restaurants instead of the same old same old. So instead of Subway and McDonald's plus I believe there was a Carl's Jr, I decided to give this location a try. They recently opened this restaurant so it wasn't busy. The prices were amazing very affordable and large sizes. I purchased the Calzone ( pepperoni and sausage ) with a large drink under $10. Well tax put it a little above $10 but that is Uncle Sam's cut. The Calzone tasted amazing I kind of wished I had asked for more cheese but still wonderful. The chef was a little heavy handed with the spices on the top of the Calzone. But, the interior of the Calzone was so well created. The red sauce was flavorful and delicious. The pepperoni and sausage were cooked to perfection. Even the cheese was well prepared just wished I had asked for more. There is free Wi-Fi and great service. A welcome unexpected find just off the freeway. So if you ever find yourself hungry in that little town please stop in and get yourself a pizza or calzone and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Although I ordered the half order I still had leftovers. Great value and phenomenal...
Read moreOk I am going to try and give a fair and detailed review... I ordered 2 calzones for delivery... The person on the phone was friendly and welcoming. The driver was friendly. The speed of delivery was awesome! The flavor / quality of the food was just ok. If the owner sees these reviews take my criticism as just one persons opinion not everyone has the same tastes..the ingredients seemed fresh, but I feel like the calzone should have had a marinara side to dip .. also it was very salty. Cheese has salt .. pepperoni is salty so there is no need to add salt on top of the calzone. Also most calzones have ricotta cheese in them. The rest of the country would think of these things as stromboli. There could also be a little more sauce .. most people like that sweet tomatoe marinara to balance out the salty of the cheese and ingredients. Thanks so much for the fast service and I would definitely...
Read moreHidden gem in the middle of seemingly nowhere. If you're driving between SLC and Bryce Canyon, there are limited food options and we were really happy to have stumbled upon this place. Friendly staff made us a Supreme Pizza and it was high quality. I know pizza comes in many styles and everyone seems to have a strong opinion of what makes a pizza "good" so it's possible your definition could cause you to feel differently. However, in my opinion this is a great place to stop after a day of hiking to refuel. Ours was made fresh to order so keep that timing in mind when ordering. It's possible that there are some other hidden gems out there but we haven't found any 40 minutes in either direction so if you're here, stop and get a pizza...
