Had motor home towed to this location when the radiator hose blew . People we delt with were very nice but the hose was not enstlaed properly. It was not tightened at the radiator end properly because it was very hard to get to. Drove a hundred miles or so down the road and the hose blew off. After spending hours waiting for help to come I had to climb up into the engine myself and put the hose back on. I had to fill my radiator with water because I had nothing else. I then drove my motor home over 700 miles to a trusted macanic. No leaks or pressure at all through the highest peaks of Colorado. My install was checked and found to be perfect. The fluids were drained and replaced with proper antifreeze and a pressure test done all checked out! I then drove the rest of my 900 plus mile trip without problems. You would think after a 600 plus bill you would not be left stranded because a clamp was not properly installed. We called the shop when this happened and the manager simply said we must have other issues within the engine. antifreeze is not cheap and I had to buy 11 more gallons to replace what was lost so truly feel some kind of reimbursement should be Happening. since this first posted I contacted the main company office and was pleasantly surprised at the response I received. I was told my letter would be forwarded to the shop and that they should be contacting me. That if I did not hear from them to call email him back. I gave the shop a week I heard nothing so I contacted the gentleman back. He responded promptly and he also promised to refund all the money I’ve spent on antifreeze which totals almost $300. I have yet to receive the refund but he did tell me it would take 6 to 8 weeks. Thanks so much Frieghtliner at least I know it’s not a company thing rather then a local shop issue which I hope never happens to...

Read moreHad overhead job done on my cascadia with Dd15 motor ...paid $4000; 90 days later lost number 6 cylinder with a cracked piston also needed new head and other components cost me over $12,000. Tried to work it out with the manager and they kept insisting the cause was a RARE material breakdown of the piston and kept pointing to the fact I had over 760,000mi on it at the time. But funny my mileage wasn't an issue when they did the overhead for $4000. I had it repaired at a shop in Ohio by a mechanic with 24yrs experience who said it was adjusted too tight when they worked it. A more likely cause of torquing the piston then material degradation. Even so I only tried to recoop some of my loss. Asked them for $3000 to compensate which they quickly declined to help with. Do not go there thinking they will stand by their work...they won't. Better yet...just...
