We used to go to this subway 2-3 times a month and things were usually ok. However after our last experience at this location, we will never go there again. The little blonde girl working there was unresponsive and a bit rude. We got our chicken sandwiches and went home to eat. All 3 of us took a few bites and realized that the chicken had a chemical taste. I get this sandwich all the time and the chicken as never tasted like that before. We took the sandwiches back and asked for replacements. The kids got on the phone with the owner and we could hear them giggling and talking back and forth. The owner told the kids to tell us that the chicken was fine and they wouldn't replace the sandwiches (even though we brought them back uneaten) but they could give us a discount on more sandwiches. When we threatened to stop the payment, she told them to tell us that she would void the transaction and it would fall off our card within 48 hours.

So I had my passenger try and figure out how to place an order by the time they got logged on and realized the sandwich we were trying to order was not on the app, even though they carry the sandwich, we were almost to Richfield. Complete waste of time . I go into the store explain to them what a joke it was and the worker proceeds to tell me she had never used the app she is pushing me to use. She could not tell me how it worked . Tells me it is a corporate thing now and that is how it has to be. We returned the sandwiches and asked for different ones. An employee called the owner who told them to tell us we were wrong, that there was nothing wrong with the chicken. After talking back and forth through the employee, (unprofessional) she said she would refund our debit card in 48 hours. We contacted corporate who said that we should be refunded however give the owner up to 5 days to refund. This is day 6, no refund and no contact.
