I've stayed in this hotel a good amount of weeks so I feel like I am more than qualified to give an honest and accurate review. First things first DO NOT expect too much from this hotel, However this hotel is the first hotel I've ever stayed in that has a full sized fridge and electric stove in each room. So if you wanted to cook your own breakfast before you start your day you can and they also offer pots and pans and what not. The staff is friendly but there is a recent new hire (I forgot his name) but he is one LAZY guy. Everyone else will bring up anything you need to your room but this guy will tell you to come down and get it. Now for the good stuff... the rooms :T. This is honestly why I gave the rating of 3 stars.
The first week I stayed in the room was nice as hell had a functional window, fridge, stove and a very nice walk in shower. The bed was also clean and comfy.
The second week they gave me a room that smelled LIKE CRAP!! My god the worst smelling hotel room I've ever stayed in smelled like curry and sweaty feet, even lighting a scented candle and spraying the room with febreeze didn't work. This room did not have a functional window (which means you can open and close it.) Other than that the rest of the room was ok
The third stay they gave me another room with once again a non functional window 🙄 now this room did not smell as bad as the last one but it did have a distinct stench. So at this point I realized that the rooms with the plate glass windows all sink since room service can't air them out when people check out since they would have to leave the door open for a long time. So if you're gonna stay at this hotel make sure you request a room with a functional window to avoid your nose getting blasted with stinkyness. The third room had about the same issues as the second room
Now for the 4th stay, this hotel room had it's own unique problems. First thing was that the shower spilled water all over the place, and the worst problem was that the fridge somehow made a knocking sound. And it would not stop, one night I got sick and tired of losing sleep because of it so I unplugged it and the second I did that it stopped.
So overall it's a decent hotel but that's about it. Nothing special minus the whole fridge and stove accommodations since I have stayed at more upscale hotels and they don't even...

I want to take a moment to express my deep appreciation for the exceptional team at this location. My journey here began a few years ago after an unexpected turn in life, and throughout my stay, the kindness, professionalism, and dedication of the staff have never gone unnoticed.
First and foremost, Hailey and Samantha deserve special recognition. Samantha, from the very start, fostered an environment of warmth and comfort, setting a high standard for excellence. Hailey, now leading the team, carries forward that same spirit—her leadership is evident in every aspect of this location, and the staff here are truly a reflection of her dedication.
A moment that speaks volumes about the team’s care and commitment was when management took immediate action during an emergency, not only making the 911 call on my behalf but also rushing to my room without hesitation. That level of concern and quick response goes beyond professional responsibility—it speaks to the genuine compassion embedded in the culture here.
The management and front desk team—Chloe, Chris, Alexa, Christian, and River—have consistently been wonderful, respectful, and professional. Their patience and attentiveness ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued.
The room service team, including Rosa, Violeta, Maricar, and Ivan, work tirelessly behind the scenes, maintaining the highest standards with friendliness, patience, and an unmatched work ethic. A special mention goes to Fluvia, whose radiant smile, courtesy, and dedication have made a lasting impression on me. Thank you, Fluvia, for being you—may you always be blessed.
To the rest of the staff—Richie, Veronica, Francisco, Fernando, and Lety—thank you for your professionalism, politeness, and commitment to making every guest’s stay comfortable.
I also want to highlight to corporate that behind every welcoming smile and every seamless guest experience, there is a team working tirelessly to maintain the high standards that make this location feel like more than just a place to stay—it feels like a community. The effort and dedication displayed by this staff deserve to be acknowledged and celebrated.
Thank you all for making this place feel like a home away from home. Thank you for being a part of a chapter in...
Read moreUpon check in Victoria the employee working the lobby desk was very short and discourteous to me it was as if I were bothering her and taking her away from something else. She asked for my identification and a credit card. I informed her that I wanted to pay cash, she told me that they don't except cash for stays under 7 days( this she said in a condescending tone of voice). I said that should be on the website she pointed to a sign on the wall and smugly said its right there. I pointed out that the wall is not the website. She huffed and said its there too. I said i booked through booking. Com She said that's not our site. I said if you allow other sites to book for you then you should make sure they have the information. She went on to explain about the free breakfast saying its not big just muffins and coffee and such. Later in the room i called the front office to ask for some extra pillows. She said ok but i would have to come get them.... really??? At the free breakfast the next morning not even a crumb of a muffin was seen just coffee and singe pack granola bars. The worst thing was that after we had checked out my goddaughter found that she had left her favorite super soft blanket teal with silver shapes on it in the room mixed in with the bed linen. I called and they said that they would call me when the maids had finished. I dropped off my goddaughter and drove back down. Upon arrival i found Victoria was working again. She looked and didn't see anything in the office. I said i would wait. She said she would go check with the maids. About 15 minutes later she returned and said that no blanket was found.... I left as I felt nothing I said would make a difference. I will never stay at an extended stay America again because it seems to me that rude behavior, disregard for customer comfort, and employing honest people is of very little importance to this company ( guess they allow their staff to just keep/ steal anything that is left in t the rooms. If I could give negative stars i would
WOW....... SUPRISE SUPRISE Just 3 hours after posting this review i recieved a call from the motel that my blanket was at the front desk ready for pick up.... i asked where had it been for 2 days and the guy said he didnt know that it was just brought...
