I needed to be able to work out of my Hotel Room as if it were my Home Office until relocation difficulties could be resolved.
Initially, in order to get my Room set-up to approximate a Home Office, I needed an extra long Table, a Chair could maintain tall height and at that time Internet connectivity was poor.
All the personnel of the Hotel, from the GM Judy Holt, the Assistant GM Karla, the Chief Housekeeper and the "IT Man" Romero, worked very creatively, and very pro-actively to resolve these problems. They moved in an extra long Desk for me, a new Chair, and worked with their ISP to get almost all the Internet problems fully resolved.
The Front Desk personnel, Housekeepers and Caferia performed excellent work with a very friendly attitude to go along with it. The Housekeeper for my Room, Lucia, was particularly professionally good and also very collegial.
There are a couple of areas for potential improvement in the Hotel
The Lighting in the Rooms is a somewhat dim for the individual Lamps. The GM said they will be changing that out for 2019. So, Management here is also responsive to Customer comments.
The local Power company has a problem with their own Transformers, that has impacted the Hotel. However, the GM communicated with the Power company to get them to improve their own Power services, which seems to have worked.

Read moreI have been staying at this Comfort Inn multiple times throughout the years due to visiting my parents at the Glenridge Palmer Ranch. This particular location is excellent on multiple levels. They are always updating and improving upon the comfort and aesthetics of the building and rooms. The staff at the front desk are warm and welcoming upon arrival. Eric & Lisa, whom I’ve gotten to know over the years have always provided 5 star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service to accommodate whatever request I may have. Can’t thank them enough for making me feel “at home” when I am away. The dinning room is always clean, well stocked with an abundant selection of foods that lends to a great way to start the day. This does not just happen on its own. Yvonne whom I’ve gotten to know over the years takes great pride in her work and it shows. You are always greeted by her smile and professionalism. It’s rare these days to come across someone who truly loves what they do. Yvonne demonstrates this on all levels and it shows in her presentation of breakfast each morning along with her going beyond the call of duty to ensure one has a pleasant experience in her dinning room. Read moreI needed a place to stay after I moved out of my apartment just to relax before going to my future residence. I had an ok room on the third floor. Checked in for a couple of days. Had the amenities needed as well as a washer and dryer for clean clothes. The sheets were ok, not as clean on the pillow cases. Breakfast served daily from 7 am to 10 am. Waffle station was good fresh. As eggs served every day as well. You get coffee in your room so you can have coffee whenever you like. Staff was friendly in the breakfast area. I'm not one to complain as the last night staying there, that's when the noise in the hallways started as a big team of young kids checked in accompanied by adults. Had to call the front desk the night before check out since I was trying to rest up and kids running through stairways and hallways. So, in the morning of check out, the same situation they are still running. I understand they are kids but it isn't a playground either where they could run over someone or an elderly for safety reasons as the manager refunded me a small portion of my money back without having to ask for it the day of my check out.
