Been a resident of this location for over a year without issue. Until a week ago a staff member knocked on my door and let herself in. Staff member D stated that she was directed by her GM T to knock and enter the Unit to retrieve payment. After a discussion about my already established payment arrangement for the past year. Staff member D acknowledged the payment arrangement. I took the precaution to contact support about Staff member D entering my unit and my already established payment arrangement for the past year. PThe very next day after church and work I was denied access to my unit. Since the front office is only open daily from 9a-5p I reached out to the support line again. It took an hour to get a support rep to take my call. This rep Scott stated that there was a block on my unit for payment. He stated that there was nothing that he could do. I would have to speak to go to the front office the next day when it opened at 9a. After multiple more attempts to speak to someone at support who could assist me, I finally spoke with support rep Adam. After multiple lengthy holds that spanned the next 3 hours. I was told that support was directed by GM "T" not to allowed me access to my Unit. Nor were they to accept a payment from me. I was baffled. I had already "begged" Adam to reach someone to gain access because I needed to get to my insulin. I literally asked the Rep if The property and it's staff along with support on our RECORDED support call were denying me access to my unit to just retrieve my insulin so that I could administer my already past due dose. Adam was extremely apologetic and did his best to take care of the situation. Thus I was denied access to my insulin missing a scheduled dose by 2 hours. I was told by the after hours support that they were instructed by management not to allowed access to my Unit, nor to accept a payment. I would have to wait to speak to the staff the next morning when they reopened at 9am. Which would force me to sleep in my car without access to my medication. After myself and my Sister pleaded for those 3-4 hours to at least allow an after hours support person to escort me into my unit so that I could get my insulin to administer my dose. Gratefully the gentleman from support allowed me to pay him the money I had available to me with the promise to pay the rest 12 hours later at the already agreed upon payment arrangement to gain entry. The next morning the very kind front desk personnel apologized for the misunderstanding. She even stated that I could keep my grandfathered payment arrangement and that she would note my account. Unfortunately the following Saturday. The same staff member knocked on my door and let herself in yet again. To be honest I am not exactly sure if that is even legal to do in the state of Arizona, but now I am fearful to exit my unit. I fear I will be once again denied access to what is currently my legal place of residence. I fear I will have to sleep in my car , and go to an ER to receive the medication I was denied access to multiple times a week ago. Most of all i have become somewhat concerned for my personal safety. I have a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach whenever i exit my unit to walk out the building, as well as when i return to go back into my unit. I think some of my recent concerns have possibly set into motion a reason for harm to befall me. My Family urges me to notify them of when i travel into, and out of the building. I hope my gut feeling of possible danger is just anxiety. If you combine the one staff member entering my unit whenever she wishes. Being locked out and refused access when i leave the property. Being shadowed by certain individuals to make me feel uncomfortable or possibly in danger. I should feel that these occurences are not just coincidence. Anyway, up until a couple of weeks ago I supported my original 5 star review. Hopefully I will be able to get a chance to elevate it back to 5 stars. Along with a healthier and more peaceful relationship with the staff...
Read moreI don’t know this is a very mixed review like I’m grateful that I had a place to stay. We didn’t get the booking information until 8:30 PM. Had to call a couple of times to get it to go through. Eventually just told them I was going to fall asleep in the parking lot because we’ve been in the car for about 12 to 16 some hours. Very interesting motel six type people. Pretty much had to use The bathroom really bad came into the room. Hallways were a bit odd. Just smelled like a bunch of perfume. Slight tinge of feces or spice. Anyway went to the bathroom. My friend was standing in the kitchen area, and when I came out, he was just standing there, and I sat down on the couch and started noticing all the stains. Like yeah, this is better than a motel six. I don’t know how much better the door wiggles like you could almost just put a credit card in the lock and open the door and steal everything from you in the middle of the night. ( there’s a big dent in the middle of the door and paint missing like it’s been kicked in) On top of that the windows open all the way up and there’s no screen. We’re on the third floor so you know if you hate the room you can always jump out the window. Honestly, I thought the people who set this place up for me was playing a prank. It’s that bad but it made my night and my friends. The electrical outlets don’t have covers and the bed was pressed up against on and sparking. There are also 7 separate fire alarms in just my room. The lobby is closed at night, but if you want to get in there, all you have to do is shake door a broom handle that’s wedged in the door, the walls are thin so you can feel/hear other people moving in there bed in the room next door, there’s people in the parking lot blasting music at 2 am followed by cops to shut it down. That’s day 1 I have 7 more to go. Day 2 you get used to all of the above kinda. After day three it’s all okay just an odd place, like that was an introduction to this hotel. Eventually it’s just doesn’t matter it’s a nice guaranteed place to sleep. Beds are comfy and everything works in the room even though it’s well used. Went through with a UV light to my surprise didn’t find anything it was quite clean. Even the stains on the couch are just coffee or food. Like all in all, it’s not a bad place to stay and for the price. Because there are a lot worse out there.(road dogs) On top of that the Location is quite nice. It’s very centralized like you can get the most things within 20 minutes. Like there are a few things that could be done. Like the last time the elevator was inspected, was the previous owners of the hotel under a different name. Day 4 will throw you off early morning bags of vomit in the hallway on the floor. The elevator safety inspection is still from the previous hotel four years ago. That should probably tell you how much they actually care about their business, considering usually that is a yearly inspection. Last thing I was really trying to figure out was why there was seven different fire alarms...

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! This would be an understatement in all honesty. Looking to find a suitable long-term accommodation for the Summer, I first came into this hotel having a reservation that was a week long to have a place to stay while I looked around. Having stepped into this place, I immediately noticed how much care and thought was put into every single aspect of this hotel, from the operations to the utilities. Yes, it is no 5-star hotel, and for any place that offers a price range similar to this place, you really must have realistic expectations especially given the great location this hotel is in. This is also quite an old hotel, which doesn’t help much when it comes to maintenance, but it has been maintained so well that I had to double check if I was at the right place. I have stayed in plenty of budget-friendly hotels over my life but nothing comes close to this. There is one and only one reason why my stay has been beyond excellent and his name is Ryan, the operations manager. Ryan goes above and beyond and whatever is beyond that. Ryan was the person I came to when I was curious about the cost of a long-term stay here. He worked with me, and honestly looked out for my best interest, and helped me come to a price and a payment plan that was the best possible option for me. He then gave me his contact details and told me to text/call him at any time if I ever needed anything, and told me that he would respond as fast as possible. Boy does he respond fast. Nothing gives you more assurance than a host who is actively trying to make sure you have the best and most comfortable stay. I needed new towels- within 2 mins I had them in my hands. Needed the room cleaned- next morning, the housekeepers were at my door ready. I wanted my room to be a little cooler, he spent his entire day trying to figure out with his AC guy on how he can get that done. Every little request I had, all of them equally annoying and bothersome, he addressed it within a blink of an eye. And the best part is that he did it all with a smile on his face and, even when I tried to find any possible discomfort in his response or his face, I couldn’t. Not for the life of me. Ryan loves this. He loves his job. His vision and values are built for hospitality management and he is the best in the game, and I’ll stand my ground on this forever. His staff loves him, and each one of his guests loves him. He must be doing...
