Luxury Inn & Suites — Hotel in Selma

I have stayed here for several years for work and it's always been the best place in Selma. This past stay tho everything was good all week until my last night. I have someone staying with me working on day shift and also someone staying during the day from night shift and when they asked how many ppl I had staying with me I told them two. I also had half my crew that had there own rooms as well but I was told that I bring to many ppl to stay at there establishment and that having to many ppl was the reason they didn't let the Mexicans stay here I hate this happened I thought they were good folks and I really enjoyed staying here because of the friendly environment and cleanliness but the male owner was very disrespectful to me. I was told that he didn't care if I stayed here or not if I didn't like it to not come back. Customer service was great. Mr. Patel checked me in and out quickly. The rooms are clean bed very comfortable fair price, surrounding of property I felt safe, well lite parking, & quiet. I changed from a non-smoking room on the front due to street/vehicles noises to a smoking room on the back- not too bad from the smoke- just kept my clothing in my suitcase. I always carry my Lysol spray and wipes and bug spray (just a couple). I must say the shower was Awesome fast hot water. Great pressure and massaging water settings relieved my back muscle spasms. I would stay again if in the area. I always wear my socks just to walk around in -My only suggestion is to remove the carpet and get the hardwood floors & eliminate the wooden night stands(bugs hideout probably because someone had food in there and deep clean with bleach the microwaveand refrigerator/area). Found my receipt I forgot the name of this place when my family and I stayed back in April, so this is why I'm making a review now..lol.. Anywho we were in town for a funeral from Ohio. The original Hotel my father booked us was not suitable to stay. After calling a few hotels in Selma this was the only one that had rooms available and was willing to let us check in after 12:00 a.m.. This was an emergency booking we didn't have have nowhere to go, family member houses were full. We needed two rooms for three adults and four children. The rooms at the Luxury was clean the beds weren't comfortable for me but the bed sheets were clean and that's more important. The owners were friendly and very accommodating.
