Huddle House — Restaurant in Selma

Today I visited the huddle house in Selma Alabama, and I would like to say that my food was absolutely delicious. However, I did have an absolute horrible experience with the waitress one particular whose name was jennifer who had the butterfly tattoo on left her left arm was very rude. my waitress was busy and I asked her if she could provide me with some salt and pepper. Unfortunately, she screamed to my waitress that your table needs salt and pepper as I said and continue to eat my food and pepper was not provided to me, and there was a lot of unprofessionalism that was going on doing business hours jennifer took it upon her time to go over to another table to talk about her fellow employees, and to say how messy her other colleagues were and she recommended for her not to apply for a job working here also the waitress that was assigned to our table only came to take our orders and once our food was delivered, she never came back to check on us. I would like to say to you all that it will be in your best interest if you at least hire people who are wanting to give excellent customer service to strengthen your business. Also, you may want to look into replacing some of the negative Nancy that you have on board. It will probably help promote a healthy working environment where communication needs to be the center of focus because clearly this...

I had breakfast at 4pm. The younglady was .ice andcseves wa s good. One buttermilk pancake, it looked great but taste and texture wasn't. Bacon 3 strips thin and small, scramble eggs I asked fir onoin but there was .ore o ion than egg. Then the fruit it wasn't good. I tried to see if of the 5pieces and that included the one grapethzt was the best of the fruit..I was sick after I got the bill.$15.00 . Oh yes I had a one Mountain Dew.... that was watery with lot of ice. D o it was cold ,Thank God.. I'll see if one of the other meals served there is ok. I guess the cook was worn out. Everyone deserve a 2nd chance. I looked around and other seem very happy with their order but they had dinner menu and a few had t he urger and fries and they were enjoying it. Don't know when but before Xmas. I ate it... it was all I had that day. Then maybe I'm use to my scramble eggs with onion, red, green bell pepper, herbs, thick Applewood bacon and my buttermilk pancakes with pure flavor added in it and butter syrup. My pancakes aren't pretty like I had but they've them. I eat 2 at home. The price got me but I was sick of the other places too. I shall give them.a 2nd chance. I arrived at Huddle House at 9:25. It’s 9:52 and finally someone came to the table for our drink order. It took ten minutes standing in front just to get a table. 2 groups walked out because of the service. They are severely under staffed, there’s no team work…… WHERE IS THE MANAGER????? I haven’t had the food yet to add to the review. Breakfast is pretty hard to mess up. If you’re looking for a job, I’m sure they will hire you on the spot. They need a busboy because there was 4 dirty tables that needed to be cleaned. They need at least 2 other servers and they need a manager. It’s 10:20 and we haven’t gotten our food yet and there’s on 3 other tables occupied in the place. The server never came back to the table and my coffee cup is empty. CAN I GET A REFILL PLEASE??

I took a star away because apparently, you can mess up breakfast. Those were suppose to be over medium eggs. On top of that, the eggs came to the table 10 minutes after the rest of the food. Here’s the caviar….. the general manager was cooking. WE WILL NOT COME BY BACK. I TOLD THEM WE SHOULD HAVE GONE TO THE WAFFLE HOUSE. People, we’re in Selma, not Montgomery.
