Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Selma

I visited this location on May 18th, 2021 They are very impatient and short with you, when I tried to make my order, the attendant rudely be cutting you off mid sentence and then messed the order up and then when you reorder they charged me twice. I asked to speak to theManager on duty she never came and spoke with me. Has the nerve to print out a slip and sent it to the car by a carhop and Lied to me about a refund that I have yet to receive back. I call twice about the issue and each time they say it takes 30 days. Well it's about to be July soon and I still don't have a refund. The manager claimed she had the bank on the phone and they supposed to refund me yet again in 30 days. We shall see. Do not let them take your money. They are crooks at the Selma, Alabama location. They are very programmed to say in 30 days, but if you are not persistent they will steal your hard earned money. This is very unprofessional and Something needs to be done. I really don't care to visit this...

Updating my review don't know why I've given this place another shot but here it goes. They have no clue how to take an order or act toward people I ask for a blended coke float it's a coke float just blended simple I thought. They had no clue what it was so I explained it to them after they brought it out wrong. I go to drink some and it's a root beer we got attitude and the thing was half empty. Also got a # 1 no lettuce it's full of it. My husband ordered a pickel Dr pepper it was left off completely she had to go back for it then told us the machine is out and they didn't have pickels funny how they are on the burgers. They also cut us off before we where finished ordering. They where rude with takeing the order and fixing there mistakes. Where were there 20 mins waiting for the first round of mistakes then another 8 mins the 2nd time they never fixed the burger or my husband's drink and my drink was half empty when it was finally...

I went to Sonics IN SELMA, AL tonight to get something to eat after working a 14 hour shift. I pulled up, placed my order and waited and waited and waited and waited. During this wait I saw 2 carhops go to several cars surrounding me but no one ever came to my car. I realized that 20 minutes had passed by so I pushed the button and asked if they had forgotten about my order. The person on the intercom asked if I wanted a cupholder- go figure! I said no did you forget about my order?I've been sitting here for 20 minutes and no one has came out to my car. Well no ma'am what had happened was that- I pulled off b/c I didn't want to hear it. There is no reason why I should have had to wait 15 plus minutes for a CHILI CHEESE CONEY at a place that specializes in making them. We really need to do better. If someone knows a manager here PLEASE tag them and let them know that the crew working tonight needs...
