Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Selma

Called in my order. I used the online menu. Not one item i wanted to order was availble any longer. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR WEB SITE * and remove old web sites that are our of date. The girl who took my order dud not answer the phone "Pizza hut. Finally got an order i could live with. Pizza hut has always been my favorite place to get pizza here. Sin in law goes to pick up the order and not one person knew what chsy brd meant.. NO LIE. SO ... my Son in law says you mean cheesy bread. The manager says "OH...Im sorry it will be right out.. now, i asked my 8 year old neighor what did this mean on the reciept. Of course she immediately replied cheesy bread. You need to have your applicants read the menu and abbrebiations on the orders BEFORE you hire them. Plus, please check their math skills, not relying on the register or calculator. Basic business skills go further than food with some people. People will come back if the customer service is excellent, even if the food is only passable, but will not be back ever.. for poor customer service. We have alot of poor service in SELMA. Hence people drive to montgomery or prattville where our money is...

Worst service I've ever had at a pizza hut. I placed an online order for delivery at 8:37pm, the tracker showed an estimated delivery time of 22 to 32 min, I figured 40 to 45 min. One hour and 45 later I received a phone call from the store to tell me that they did not have a driver to deliver my pizza.... WHAT!!?? and you waited almost 2 hours to let me know?.... and the girl still had the nerves to ask me "so do you want to come and get it?"... well, do I have a choice?!... my husband was already on his way 5 min before they called me, and when he got there they were taking our pizza out of the oven.. reheated! Yuk!, we were eating our pizza almost 3 hours after I ordered it and it was so bad none of us wanted to finish it. This place needs new management immediately or it needs to be shut down! If rhe owner of the Selma pizza Hut would simply state"we dont really want your business" I wouldn't have wasted my time trying or order a pizza by phone. Stayed on hold for more than 15 minutes yesterday still holding phone when I walled inside to order a pizza. One employee was outside in the car with a friend and the employee who took my order was rudely admonished by the manager,another impressive representative. I ordered on the inside,went to my car and drove to the window to pick up my walk in order. The food was good. my complaint is service. If Selma Pizza Huts employees dont want to work while they are on the clock, either find some who do or close the store.Ivwould not have been served withoit walk8ng inside to order and I was the only customer at your franchise. love your food and will try other locations ...
