InTown Suites Extended Stay Denver CO - Englewood — Hotel in Sheridan

I stayed here on business for a couple months and never missed a single payment! But it's important for all of you people to know these things so read them. Complete trash! boiler goes out for a week no hot water unsanitary violating health codes, won't comp anything. Maid service is trash, they won't do their job, they don't speak English, non if them! They look at you like your worthless, not only that they have the audacity to leave these little envelopes in your room asking for tips like they're worth tipping when doing their job is like pulling teeth. Tips are earned not given they weren't given where you were living before they aren't given now! Maintenance complete trash, hardly shows up to work, never fixes anything you can ask and ask and ask for something to be fixed they just write it down on a piece of paper and say okay. Air conditionings squeak, Windows leak, shower knobs fall off, kitchen sink knobs fall off refrigerators break down and freeze over, hallways smell like fentanyl! complete trash worthless. Management doesn't care. They just shrugged their shoulders and say I don't know what to tell you. Location is horrible absolutely horrible all because Sheridan Police constantly harassing people, people in wheelchairs people standing outside waiting for a ride whatever the case may be, all the time when they're in their cars outside smoking, anything you do past 9:00 at night in the parking lot of this hotel Sheridan police will harass you for no reason. They will literally drive up and down the parking lot shining their lights into cars as if somebody is minding their business doing nothing wrong un-controllable power tripping small town bullshit! Fake cops with guns! Do not stay here this place is falling apart and nobody's being held accountable! If you don't believe me come see...

Worst place ever!!! My Fiance and I stayed here for 119 days while our Condo was being renovated! It was close to both of our jobs so that was a plus. After the first month the elevator stopped working. We were on the second floor so not a huge deal. The Laundry matt was on first floor. Out of 6 washers and 6 dyers only 1 washer and 1 dryer worked the entire time we stayed there. Keep in mind there are over 300 rooms! HUGE INCONVENIENCE!!! Did no good to complain... nothing got fixed. Guest were fighting over who's next to do their weeks worth of clothes. On two separate occasions police came to our floor due to domestic violence. I witness a man getting tazed and his women had been beaten. Blood stains on thevwalls and in stairwell till the following week. I guess management didn't see the urgency of keeping the place up. There is no smoking allowed in rooms (We don't smoke so this wasnt an issue for us) however there are no tables or court yard, only a single bench. So you will find all the smokers right outside the entry doors. The rule is you have to pay a week in advanced. We paid $460.00 a week to stay in a place of constant filth. Don't expect your room to be cleaned or trash to be taken out. In fact, you have to walk your dirty sheets down in hopes a cleaning lady will be there to provide you with sheets that are very old, ripped and permanent stains! Finally, our Condo was done and after 119 days we were free! We checked out a day early and to no surprise at all, we received no refund for the day we weren't there!!!! Do yourself a HUGE favor and...

The stay was relatively fine for a cheap extended stay hotel. We stayed for over two weeks. However, we got billed for a day we did not stay at the hotel (they billed us for the day earlier than our actual stay). Tried to address this with the property manager, and while he did not dispute we did not stay the day (I literally had paperwork showing such, entirely legitimate), I was told he could not do anything about it and to call reservations to resolve. Talked to reservations, they said they could not do anything about it but to fill out their online form (shady, right?). Filled out their online form, and never got a response back. Completely ridiculous. There is no way to talk to billing or to resolve an error from their billing end, apparently. Do not stay here...they are either intentionally stealing folks money or are incompetent. Maybe both.

Edit: In response to owner, you could server me better right now by answering the form item I submitted (and the subsequent two emails I sent to the submission message email indicating I've never received any response to such). I'd like to be refunded for the night we did not stay at the property. It's a very straightforward request. You've essentially stolen a nights stay cost from me, have given no means of correcting such and are now saying you'd like to server me better in the future. Well, please do. You have the opportunity to correct such right now, instead of having a negative review showing your businesses unwillingness to correct an obvious mistake on InTown Suites part. I'll update this if I ever get my money that was...
