We hired this ice cream truck for a corporate sales meeting in Miami with just two days’ notice, and they absolutely delivered a top-tier experience!

I would give 0 stars if possible, and I discourage anyone else from using this company in the future. This is a vendor that a company I work for uses frequently. When my company uses them, all goods are paid for in advance. Our staff, family members, and residents can partake in the gelato and it has never been a problem. I was informed today that when they were here for our last event (2 days ago), they gave ice creams to every member of staff that asked and everyone participating in the event with the exception of the housekeepers who were cleaning all morning for the event. These housekeepers are Latina women who do not speak English well, and were told that the ice cream was not “for them” despite them being hardworking members of our company. When they asked why, they were told “we are paid to give ice cream away, and we can decide who we give it to.” This exchange was overheard by 3 different people. These ladies had to watch while coworkers who worked in different departments of different ethnicities than their own got ice cream without question. I am disgusted by this behavior.
