Best Market — Local services in South Gate

I believe this market changed owners about a year ago. Since the change, the new owner has hiked the prices up drastically. I understand that inflation has hit everyone, but his prices are ridiculous. Once, I was charged $14 dollars for a watermelon, and this morning, I got hit with $3.45 for a 16 oz Apple juice.

I love supporting small businesses, but i don't like to get robbed either. I will never go back to this...

I have been coming to this store since it was a little hole in the wall liquor. Everyone who works there are genuinely nice people. Don't ever think about robbing this place. The owner is gangster af.. I have personally witnessed him checking foos on several occasions and he ALWAYS wins! So good to see their success...
