Pine Haven Motel & Cabins — Hotel in South Portland

☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀BEWARE !!!! First and foremost I stayed over 5 +plus week and was told ..... "They had previously rented my room months ago and "Needed it" despite they were not overbooked.. And gave me less then 24 hour notice... To find another hotel..young children plus not to forget one child had just been in the hospital the day before and was serverly sick...... They discriminate...and are Big unProfessional Liars!!!!! .They took they "No Vacancy.." light up sign...turned it off.completely.. .to like protect themselves..?!? So they could give the impression that they were full.. When in fact... they weren't at all "full up" Why do stuff like that?!? So Silly and Pathetic!!!!!😚 Unless you having a problem with the person renting from them ..?!?! Which was not the case at all.. I got recorded proof...my family were descent logers..!!! The place was kept neat by my family.. despite....my family were putting up with alot inconsistencies of the Motel.. Like Bad Smell...Lousy Internet.The electric current must be shared by so many others in the same building where we stayed ..that the lights like really low lite.. Light bulbs constantly going out.. lights badly flicking..shower extremely low pressured and dangerously set way too Hot..scadling!!! A needle near our bed between our mattresses....sadly this happens in A lot if hotels. So WATCH IT PEOPLE..PLUS IF YOU SAY YOU SAW IT EVEN ASK TO HAVE IT REMOVE..For the dangerous of it contents...aka diseases....The staff/owners can give that ODD look... like it's yours???.wth???...who needs that...?!?!..plus no discount...$?!? Old gross stained towels..with holes!!! Plus old not soft..bed thread count!!! That's not at all skillfully run hotel... not at all great hospitality ...motel management nor professional.. I know low price doesn't need to be low life's.... But these so called Motel.owners think they above. All " Others" ....despite what goes on in a LOT of motels.?!?!?. So, I gave a fair enough heads up to future..customers.. Plus the ones that are having a hard time to find low income housing... (.I got now where else to go...) Yes you do...they even admit they overpriced!!!! l am not at all over embellish..this.. This Review is Adequate..to the word and I was like for the people to quit lying about their place being run so good it is not! ..when you're renting a place.room.to stay for a night or a month.. on Main Street South Portland .Maine... Buyer...

My wife and i wanted to get a weekly rate room called early in the day he said "i promise ill hold it for you until 8:30 if you get here by than the room is yours" so my wife and i left work early and paid 20 dollars to get there in an uber only to have the man tell us "oh sorry gave it away maybe tomorrow if man cant pay his rent i give you room" so not only were we out the uber money we spent to get there we now had no room after leaving work early to ensure the room. Oh also quoted us a price for 450 a week on a cabin than after seeing my wife and i said ill give you a room but its a room and its gonna be 600 a week. Never in my life have i been treated so bad by management i would not recommend trying to get a room here theyll give away your promised room and depending on who you are and how you look ya might have to pay more. Completely unprofessional!! Go somewhere else who cares about the people shelling out 100s of dollars for basic...

If you need a place to stay for longer than a night or two, you would like it here. In the spring, summer and fall there are air conditioning units and heaters. In the winter they take out the air conditioners. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom has a sliding door and is somewhat small, but has everything you need. The room has a large dresser, a good sized television, a landline phone, and a microwave. The refrigerator and freezer are larger than most motels and some hotels. There is a brand new Dunkin Donuts just across the street and shopping and other restaurants a short drive away. If you have pets, however, you might want to look elsewhere. But be advised that most motels in the area only allow dogs. You might be able to work something out with the owners if you are willing to part with a larger than most...
