I have previously enjoyed taking a little time here, grabbing a room for an evening to relax and indulge in a few spa treatments. I stayed on 1/7/22 and had a horrible time. The hotel apparently hosts some out-of-state hockey players/families EVERY weekend in Jan-March. These folks were the rudest people I have ever encountered in my life. They allowed their children to literally play hockey in the hallways, run up and down screaming and at one point, it seemed they were using my door as a "goal"! Late into the night (almost 11PM) the adults were congregating in the hallways, yelling and talking loudly. I heard numerous expletives. They were sitting in a circle around the elevator area on the floor! There seems to be absolutely no sound-proofing, and quite unfortunately my door was only a couple down from the elevator area of the 4th floor. I turned the TV on loudly to try to drown it out and get some sleep! This was occurring AFTER I had called the front desk to complain at 9:45PM. Next day I head for my 9AM massage, and the therapist was late (1/2 hour I waited). I was promised (at booking via telephone) a late checkout at noon. After my massage ran late, I requested moving that to 1PM, and was met with attitude by the front desk clerk, and after involving the manager she stated that I didn't even have the noon checkout, and that can't be guaranteed on booking. She was unfriendly and not open to hearing my complaints regarding the bad experience I was having, but did grant the latest possible checkout, all the while I was being glared at by the female I had originally tried to talk with. I returned upstairs to find children plopped down in the center of the hallway (blocking it) doing coloring books, no adults even in sight! Room service from the restaurant missed part of my order and I had to call back down for that, and the man who checked me in somehow messed up my gift card that I got with my package such that it wouldn't work and had to be replaced. I spoke to a staff member who stated the hotel hates hosting the rude people, and they continually give them noise warnings to no heed, yet because it's such great income, they basically just grin and bear it. It'll be a long time till I go back, and that honestly makes me sad. ...

A friend and I went Sunday for some afternoon drinks. We arrived around 330pm and were told the outdoor bar would open at 4. We went to the indoor bar and ordered drinks. I honestly felt bad for that bartender because she was busy! A little after 345pm we moved to the outdoor bar to grab a seat until it opened. There were already a few people there and others joined soon after. At 4pm the bartender came over and she had a little of an attitude. My friend and I commented to each other that maybe she was rushed trying to get to work on time or something. She began on one side of the bar and started working her way around the bar. Before she got to us someone stepped in and she immediately began taking their order. So, if she had taken a moment to acknowledge us and then taken the order, MAYBE I wouldn't be as offended, but she didn't. Then when she came to take our order, as I telling her my food order she responded to another customer while I was talking to her. At this point Im debating if I should even stay. I ordered wine which she gave me in a plastic cup, no big deal. But she didn't take my empty wine glass. It was this repeated action of less than basic customer service that was hard to handle. Things did get better later. At one point a bug found himself in my drink and when I asked for another, Alex asked the manager to get another bottle and the one he brought was warm/room temp. She asked him for a cold bottle and she served my wine at an appropriate temp. So I can appreciate that. Honestly, that was my first experience there and it made me not want to come back, but maybe that...

My husband and I celebrated our wedding at Heritage Hills Golf Resort and everything was phenomenal! Our venue coordinator Jackee stopped at nothing to assure that our day was perfect! She worked so diligently and work so much care. From the beginning Jackee was warm, Inviting, fun and caring. I throughly enjoyed working with her. It’s been a long and stressful ride because I was a DIY bride and planned me entire wedding myself but Jackee guided me with so much grace. She was very knowledgeable, skilled, attentive and professional. Thank you Jackee for all of your hard work. I truly appreciate you and I’ll miss you dearly!

Catering was AMAZING also! Jackie was very professional and skilled. I handed over all of my decor with so much worry because I spent a year putting everything together and I was worried that no one would see/execute my vision like I would. I even asked to decorate myself haha. Jackee assured me that Jackie would do a phenomenal job and she did exactly that! When I saw how everything was set up, it was almost like Jackie say with me and all of those months and created the decor with me because the way she and her team so seamlessly put everything together and made my vision come to life, it moved me to tears. I was so happy and was able to enjoy just being a bride! Everyone worked so well together which helped Eased my mind and take away all of my worries.

I thank you all from the very bottom of my heart for helping my husband and I have a beautiful wedding day. I hope to work with you all again soon!

Love, Kameron and...

I recently hosted my rehearsal dinner at Heritage Hills, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect evening! From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make the night unforgettable, not just for me and my fiancé, but for every single guest. The event was beautifully decorated to match my “Something Blue before I Do” theme, and to my surprise and delight, they even added extra blue accents of their own to complement it. It was such a thoughtful touch that showed how much they cared about the little details. A huge thank you to Jackee Carroll, who did an incredible job planning and decorating the event. Her eye for design and her dedication made the room feel warm, elegant, and completely personalized. Everything came together so beautifully. It was like stepping into a Pinterest board in real life! The food was also absolutely amazing! Every course was delicious, beautifully presented, and enjoyed by all. Ely, who served as Captain for the night, ran everything smoothly and efficiently with a calm and kind presence. Our server, Sharif, was incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure glasses were always full and every guest felt taken care of. And Greg, the bartender, kept the drinks flowing and of course he was a hit with everyone! If you're looking for a venue that delivers top-tier service, incredible food, and a team that truly cares, Heritage Hills is the place to go. They helped make such a special night even more magical, and I’m forever grateful.

HOTEL REVIEW ONLY: Stayed one weekend for a wedding & did no golfing, so I won’t speak for the those facilities. The hotel is the absolute NASTIEST room I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. As soon as we walked in, it reeked of cigarette smoke, after I had signed a “no smoking” disclosure. Many of the hallway areas leading down to the bar are musty-smelling, stained, chipped, etc. Went to take a shower & accidentally touched hairs that were wrapped around the faucet handles. NOT. MY. HAIRS. After gagging repeatedly, I went to lay on the bed with DIRTY, BLOOD-SOILED LINENS THAT WERE NOT CHANGED! Photos attached. At this point it was obvious my ROOM HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED IN BETWEEN GUESTS. I went down to the front desk with the pillow as evidence, got a very meek apology, and was then asked “would you like another room?” UHH?? What’s my other option??? “No actually I’d rather stay in the disgusting BIOHAZARD one???” No other offers of compensation, reduced rate, nothing. The room I was moved to was then a worse view, overlooking the parking lot/highway, instead of the nice resort. So I got a DOWNGRADE. It smelled better & had comforters on the beds, which were also not present in the first room . Not much else going on in the area, but if you can, golf here & then sleep SOMEWHERE ELSE.
