The service sucked. We waited outside for 5 minutes to be served & no one came to the window. Ok, we figured they weren’t serving from the window or were very busy. We go inside. There is only one family of three ahead of us. No customers are waiting at the outside window and we are next in line. The employee finishes with the family of three and we assume we are to be helped next. Nope, the employee goes to the window to help the people that arrived after us. We tell her we were next. She halfheartedly shrugs & says she didn’t see us. She also states that they have one employee servicing the window and one servicing the inside- yet when we were waiting at the window we received no service. There was no steps to apologize or rectify the situation by helping us first. Their prices are ridiculous too. Three shakes cost over $30. What are we in New York City? Don’t stop here, go to Ripleigh’s across the street instead for creative ice cream flavors and good...

There are so many unique flavors to choose from like Indonesian Sumatra ice cream and Cappuccino Midnight Crunch and Tahitian Vanilla Grapenut yogurt, as well as sorbet, non-diary, and no sugar added. There's really something here to tickle anyone's tastebuds. So hard to choose and tempting to try a bunch of samples (yes - they give samples!)

The Cookie Dough ice cream with decadent chocolate chips paired well with the fudgy Double Dark Chocolate flavor, glad I asked for a split scoop. If I had to choose, the Double Dark Chocolate was the winner. Hubby enjoyed the Mint Chocolate Chip. The waffle cones are not made in-house.

Amazing! These home made icecream delights are magnificently infused with some of the greatest flavors of all time! I can not imagine how such pure and natural flavors can be attained with such a robust level of taste, but it has been done here! The flavors vary frequently, so your always in for a surprise, and the best part is, you can close your eyes and pick one from the list and NEVER GO WRONG!! Every flavor is a winner, whether you choose from the best coffee flavor I've ever tasted, (ask about how its made!) to a Lavender one that can just whisk you away to a sweet paradise!!
