Two Brothers Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Windsor Township

We have been to most of the diners in the area, including this one before it was sold and renamed. I have to say this diner was awesome. We had breakfast, specifically cream chipped beef on toast and eggs benedict. Both were solid. Its so easy to mess up chipped beef. Some places make it watery, other bland or lacking meat, but 2 Brothers nailed it. The cream was thick and flavorful, with the right amount of meat. The eggs benedict was cooked and prepared perfectly. The eggs yolks were runny with the egg whites poached firm, hollandaise was delicious and flavorful, big think slices of Canadian bacon, and of course a toasted English muffin. Also, their coffee was very good. Everything was piping hot and came out quickly. I can understand why this place could get busy. Also, our waitress was awesome. Super attentive and took really good care of us.

All in all, a great diner, and I am from New Jersey so I know. Definitely will be back to try other meals.

One thing I would ask, and I know its a big ask, but please consider adding pork roll to your breakfast meat offerings. Only one diner in this area offers it and I don't want to go...

Food: I ordered a garden omelet and the tomato had clearly gone very noticeably bad. The omelet itself was a little dry like most places but not bad. They did well making the hash browns crispy as I requested, which some places don’t. They had a variety of herbal teas to choose from which I enjoyed.

Service: It was not busy on a weekday at 10, so I was seated right away. My waitress as I mentioned was wonderful. They made me a new omelet with no tomatoes when I made her aware the tomatoes had gone bad.

If I owned a restaurant, I would take my customer service a step further tho.. offering a complimentary drink or discount off the bill, since I wasn’t a picky customer just not liking it, but a nice person who had an unpleasant experience of eating a spoiled tomato in the food you prepared. That is why I gave 1 star less on service.

I found the pricing to be quite reasonable, especially considering the quality of the dishes served. The speed of service was also commendable, ensuring that you won't be left waiting long for your meal.
