Comfort Inn Quantico — Hotel in Stafford

While attending a business conference, I had no choice in where I was staying, but, having stayed here once before, I can say, that the staff were extremely friendly, very helpful, quick to resolve my one complaint (a/c system was not working). The weather was near perfect, so I did not need the room to be cold or hot. However, my room did smell of stale smoke, so I hope they fix that. I left that note in their feedback survey.

Breakfast nook was stocked and the food looked fresh and smelled great. Despite being a little jet-lagged for a couple of days, I didn't partake of the food until the middle of my stay. I liked the variety, as small as it was. For a quick meal, it was satisfying.

Hotel staff were always available, friendly, and the breakfast "lady" (sorry, I never learned her name) was absolutely sweet and attentive! She'll cook your waffle for you! :) Made me miss my mother all the more!

Very satisfied with my stay. Room was decent, clean, if a little "smelly" [see above]. Neighbors were a little noisy, but that only lasted a couple of nights and well before midnight! Musta been those football games!

Internet service was great, never had an issue with connectivity.

Hotel may have been undergoing a little renovation, but, I hardly saw any evidence of it.

One of the best hotels I stayed in! The room-cleaning staff are so on top of their game that it is insane! I open a fresh bar of soap, got to use it maybe one day, and then it was replaced immediately during room servicing. They even go so far as to pre-set out the informational cards & books as if it is a brand-new check in every day! It was great to come in and know that from a simple appearance that such great care went into the cleaning of each room. I felt safe staying here, and secure in leaving my electronics and personal belongings sitting on the provided chair/sofa in the room when I left each day. The breakfasts were scrambled eggs every day and either sausage links or bacon. Cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, and fruits were also available daily. It wasn't an impressive restaurant-style meal, but it was certainly one of the best continental breakfasts I have had from a hotel. I was thankful to have a warm meal every morning. (Especially the waffles!)

My only 'issue' might be the lack of a gym or actual workout facility. An "All-in-one" machine, bicycle, and elliptical doesn't really work as a gym. It's nice that something was provided, since it's better than nothing at all, but I decided to drive 20 minutes to Quantico to work out instead. The pool was closed while I was there, so I can't...

After a long drive from Georgia - DC, Stafford was a great spot to rest, and Comfort Inn provided a great stay.

The late night staff was prompt, adequate and ensured everything was done as smooth as possible.

Deluxe suite was roomy. I ventured through each floor.

Morning crew didn't run the vacuum until after checkout time.

Reina (running front desk) was amazing. Her smile and jovial personality, literally kept me from leave the property until creating a video. Her hospitality made me love everything about Comfort Inn. That alone entices me for my next stay to be here.

Business section didn't have a way to maintain privacy. I don't want to pull up business for print, and have customers or staff walking by my screen.
