Wawa — Restaurant in Virginia

Im not sure what the girls problem was, she was back there cracking jokes while making my single snack chicken wrap. I was in a pretty good mood too. I payed for my snack wrap and a drink. Waited for about 10 mins watching her make my snack wrap and joke about the hot peppers not actually being hot. Then she caught my gaze which mind you i smiled when we met eyes, she immediately looked down, started aggressively slapping my snack wrap around, i jus waited patiently not really paying much mind because i was hungry and had other places to be. She finished my order, took her gloves off and then tossed my wrap on the counter while she said my number walking away. Im still confused like? What i said thank you while she stomped away and walked out. When i got to my car to destroy my snack wrap it wasnt even in a wrapped it wad just in the bag folded in half, the bag coVERED in ranch and like most of the snack wrap was these hot peppers. Ive honestly never had a problem with wawa before i come to this wawa for my work break snacks all the time but something was wrong with this girl when she saw me. And im not even an aggressive person. Nor do i have the time to go back. But it was a waste. The snackwrap was ruined thanks to this girl with thick eyeliner. Never saw her name tag cuz i wasnt eXPECTING HER TO BE SO MAD AT MY...

Was traveling through area to vist my mother. Stoped in for a quick bite and restroom stop. As soon as i walked in I was greeted with a Good Morning . It was very busy but the clerk .....i believe her name was Angela greeted me as soon as i came in and was take customer after customer with a smile and I even watch her even help a disabled man pick up items he needed . Then went right back to working the register and helping other customers everyone was smiling and happy after leaving her line. I could help but watch because you dont see that much with young folks now a days. By the time I had got to the register i remembered i had forgotten my card (how embarssing right) but She was calm and pleasent said no problem sweet heart we all have thoses days. I'll just wait for you to run out and grab it. So i did and came back and got my stuff .She then said have a blessed day. It literally made my whole day . I definally will be back my next time in the area . Great job young lady your kindness...

Today the staffs unprofessionalism sent me over the edge. In past visits when ordering food, I have witnessed the employees gossiping, complaining, and having unprofessional conversations that reflected into its customer service and the atmosphere of the store.

Today, I had placed a curbside pick up order approximately at 0910 and was said to be brought out to my parking spot at approximately 0920. 0940 rolled around and so I decided to walk into the store to see where my order was. I found it sitting inside the food station unoccupied by an employee. After 5 minutes of standing there somebody asked what I was waiting on and I told them my curbside order. Another employee shouts with attitude from across the store, “We have been looking for you!” As if it was my fault why my order wasn’t full-filled.
