Ive never had a bad chipotle experience until yesterday. I went to this brand new Chipotle excited as ever. The line wasnt very long there were only 4 people in front of me which made the experience all the more better at first. I use to waiting in very long lines at chipotle ave of 15-18mins which isnt bad cause the line is usually out the door. I got two burrito bowls with all the fixings + 2 chips + 1 juice. I wanted to surprise my sister at work with food from the new chipotle. When I got to the house my chips were very stale my niece wouldnt even eat the chips. I dont really expect the chips to be super hot I know they sit in the bag but stale cold chips unsalted says no QUALITY CONTROL, chips I can get over though. My chicken was horribly burnt in my burrito bowl. At first I thought maybe it was just 1 or 2 bad chickens but it wasnt. So I called my sister to see how her bowl was she said her chicken was burnt and chips were stale but other than that she was grateful for the free food. I went back to Chipotle to get this rectified. I spoke with someone possibly a manager. I asked if I could get the bowls remade or a refund please, I had brought all the food back to the establishment to show I didnt eat it all. He didnt even try to rectify the situation properly by attempting to recreate a new bowl he said fine Ill give you a refund. NOW Im PISSED, IM STARVING!!! LOL. When he gave me the refund he said he wouldnt be able to give me back the taxes that were charged WTF!!! Never heard of such. Ive worked in restaurants over 10+ years and managed them. So I spent an avg of $28.00 on my original ticket and was refunded for two burrito bowls (excluding - Guac $2.50 x 2bowls + Chips $2.50 x 2bowls + Taxes + Drinks (Didnt expect my money back from my drinks)). Wheres my other $12-14 dollars?????
That was the worst Chipotle experience Ive ever had, and this horrible review could have been a great one had he either fixed me 2 new bowls or appropriatley given me a return on all my purchases. I returned the chips as well and the guac WTF...
I wont be going back to this establisment anytime soon. How the hell do you f* up a burrito bowl (Chicken, Rice, Guac) ughhh.

Read moreEverytime ive ordered here "the systems down" but they never explained really what that means or when itll be fixed. The first time their system when down i waited an hour and a half. And i didnt want to complain so i sat and waited patiently. But that was a mistake because they were "losing the orders" and didnt start until i asked where my food was 90 minutes later. They werent allowing in person orders and only online orders, but, it wouldn't "show up in the system". But they had all bunches of orders on their screens. They skipped so many people, i had 4 people show up and say "ive been waiting 30 minutes wheres my food" and they would make it for them when i was waiting 90 minutes ?? The woman next to me waited 2 hours and i left before her. I missed my date because of this incident. The food is mid :/. The tea is really bad, it tasted sour and i never tried it again. The employees are a hit or miss, some are understanding and kind but some just stare annoyed at you when you try to order. When i tried the steak burrito bowl, the steak was so. Dry. Genuinely it was uncomfortable to chew. the rice was an odd texture i couldnt stomach. I couldnt open the sprite i bought, i thought it was a twist off but it wasnt so I came in to tell them i couldnt open it and they said it wasnt a twist, right but can you help me open it? they said no. So yeah, i didnt get to drink my sprite for another 2 hours, my manager opened it with a lighter. The last thing is cross contamination is a huge problem here. Corn in the tomatoe, tomatoe in the chicken, ect. There is no food in here that hasnt touched other things, so people with allergies look out. i really wouldnt reccomend. ://

Read more3 weeks ago I went to chipotle and saw a couple of boys in their early 20s inside the store without a mask. The Virginia state law states that everyone is required to wear a mask. Unless they are children or have a breathing, problem every one is required for wear a mask. You guys even have a sign that says No mask, No service. The boys were coughing and sneezing and yet no employees was telling them to wear a mask. You guys continue to make their food even though they’re not wearing mask. None of the employees says to those that they need to wear a mask. Everyone is required to wear a mask but the employees are not wearing their masks properly and one of the chiefs was not even wearing his mask. Also, there were over 10 customers inside the store even though there’s a 10 people rule you guys need to follow. I asked one of the employees who is the working manger and they told me Mark is and pointed at him to me. I was in shock to found out Mark the manager was the the person that serve those boys with no mask their food. After the I saw this I immediately walk out of the store . Why is the manger serving with no mask and not even caring that his employees are not wearing their masks properly and also not following the 10 people rule? I'm absolutely disgusted by this store. It is obvious that you don't care about customer safety and your own. I’m never eating at this location again . You guys should just stay closed since you not following any of the rule. My friend who works at this chipotle location even recommended I not eat at this restaurant since 3 employees tested positive for COVID 19 and they are still no closing down the store. The last employees who tested positive for COVID 19 were 3 weeks ago and the store is still open. Even after all this, they are still serving customers...
