Stayed at this hotel for work and hated it. First thing you notice is the bugs in the room, some are dead and some are alive. Then the cable is awful, there are not that may channels and the company they go through for cable is in a battle over channels so it cuts down even more. You know the binders hotels put together that have policies, menus for local restaurants, ect. they do not provide one. Then because we had not let them into the room to clean one of the employees barges into the room when asked for more towels. We had the do not disturb sign on the door and do not even bother putting up, no matter if the sign is on the door or not they will try to get into your room. I was in the room everyday for 8 days and they tried the door every day. I watched them clean the rooms one day and they go room to room with the same gloves and rags. Spreading germs to each room. Also, do not expect the breakfast to be ready at the time they have posted. For 3 days the breakfast was not open at 6:30. Just learned that you do not want to do laundry here. A co-worker went to do their laundry and after spending $4 and 2 hours trying to dry their clothes they were still completely wet. They went to the front desk to tell the employee, the employee ended up having to dry the clothes in the hotel dryer. They asked for their money back since the dryer obviously did not work when the employee told them it would be five dollars more for them having to dry it. They said they would not pay and said a few choice words when the employee called the cops on them. We have been bbqing in the parking lot of the hotel, the housekeeper comes out on the outside staircase and just stares at us. Says nothing just stands there giving hateful glare to us. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at, it is dirty, smells bad, and the service is just pushy. Read moreVery disappointed in how the woman at the front desk handled me. From the time I booked the rooms I had been dealing with the gentleman and he was friendly. When we first arrived he told me he was able to get the two rooms I needed next to each other. That was an indication that he remembered who I was and what my needs were and I appreciated that because he mentioned without me asking. When we went into the rooms one of them was suppose to be a double queen but it was a single king. I went back to the office to ask about it and a woman greeted me this time. As I begin to explain what the problem was she cuts me off and says “NO! You didn’t book a queen you booked a king.” From there she told me I booked the room through a third party company and that I booked two King rooms. Again that was not the case. I had to ask her to slow down because her attitude with me came off strong and right away. She wasn’t apologetic about the situation and she immediately offered a refund. I told her I would speak to the other adults involved with the intention on finding out what other options we may have had as it was a holiday weekend and a lot of places I called prior to arriving were already sold out. While I was in the room she called up to the room to tell us we had 5-10 min to decide and after that we wouldn’t be able to get our refund. Unfortunately for us we had to stay, but I will NEVER spend my money again with someone that is so disrespectful and for no reason! The place is a dump to begin with so bad customer service made it that much worse. Not to mention the key cards kept going out which they told us to be sure they are not near other credit cards or cell phones because that could deactivate them. We made sure not to do so just so we didn’t have the same issue over and over but it didn’t matter. Luckily for my family we were able to make the best of it but I would NOT spend my money here...

The carpet had at least 8 large stains that apparently could not be cleaned - it made you want to avoid that area however it was primarily in front of the sink and on West side of bed.
Curtains would not close both shear and privacy ones, without work and yanking them closed.
Hot water ------????? Not sure it exists at this facility as I had to shave with barely warm water at best.
Shower ----- that was a blast. Stepped into shower and turned faucet on and received a cold blast of water out of showerhead (and I had not turned it on). Found the faucet below would not work properly to turn on and adjust to warm then pull out the shower knob. Then it ran about 1/2 of water out of faucet into tub and the rest out of showerhead...... I stood in shower for 10 minutes waiting on hot water ----- all I got was warm water.... finally gave up.
The parking lot was shut off because an asphalt coating had been applied. They were directing customers to park across from the motel in another business parking area - they don't mind she said.
WARNING** Upset when I returned to room in afternoon of first day - the security latch was left keeping the door open to room so that anyone that wished could browse through my luggage left in the room while I was gone. I did not see anything missing, however I removed all valuables when I left early in the morning on Sunday as a precaution.....
Checking in Saturday evening I was told by the woman that they serve breakfast from 6am to 9 am daily. So - Sunday morning I was there at 6:03 am and the room was locked. I left then returned at 6:17 am and it was still locked. Waited around until 6:30 am and the woman came out from office area and unlocked the breakfast room..... she still had to make coffee and set things out.
I left and drove downtown for breakfast.
