The food is ridiculously DELICIOUS! I am used to authentic Mexican food and since moving far from the border 8 years ago I had not found anything as authentic as what I was used to. San Pedro bar & Grill is the most authentic Mexican food I have ever tried since we moved. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars because it is that good! The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. I was told they are very understaffed and sometimes they’re not able to wait on people fast enough so please give them some grace. They are doing the absolute best they can. I have zero complaints. We live in Texas and to come here is a 2 hour drive. Seriously considering taking a few trips a year just to come eat here. I had the camarones a la diabla, husband had ceviche, kids had tamal plate and flauta plate. EVERYTHING was beyond perfect! Will def be...
Read moreMy son and I were traveling this past weekend. We have eaten at San Pedro's in the past. We had a great lunch; I had tamales, my son ordered chicken enchiladas. The wait staff was very attentive and our meal was great. HOWEVER! I took my son to his home in Pauls Valley and when we arrived I reached for my wallet to pad my son's pocket; no wallet. I calmly called the restaurant and VOILA! I left my wallet at their establishment. Most people are honest including this family at San Pedro's. I traveled back to Sulphur to retrieve my article. I thanked them graciously and left.
Bottom line: The food and service are great, I was more impressed by the integrity this staff showed finding what I had left. Kudos San Pedro Grill! I'm thankful for people like you....

For the first time, I the beef was cut in small chunks and the chimichanga was fried and a white cheese was poured all over it. The chimichanga has a different textures like nutty tortilla and chunky meat and creamy cheese that I really enjoyed. The serving was generous for $9 per plate . The grilled fajita surprisingly was a steak. The only difference of the chimichanga and the fajita was how the meat was prepared, all the side dish are the same. Surely, we will...
