I went into the hospital for abdominal pain when they took me in I had a urine test and then they immediately wanted to get my blood drawn I informed them about my extreme anxiety around getting blood work done and I’ve had pretty bad experiences in the past i was not ready and the male nurse was grabbing my arm would not let me go while I was thrashing in the bed a doctor finally came in did the same thing with holding my arm told me and I quote “if you can’t be a big girl go somewhere else” and as I’ve barely calmed down still very upset and moving around the doctor was distracting me and the male nurse gave me a shot for anxiety in my hip without my consent or even knowing what kind of medicine they where giving me later that same visit after lab test and cat scans the doctor did a poor job of explaining what was going on with me said that my renal cyst could not be a part of the sharp pain I’ve been experiencing witch is simply not true a simple google search or the doctor I am seeing currently will tell you otherwise he also did not mention that I had an enlarged spleen which is the cause of 99% of my problems we only found out once we really looked at the paperwork we couldn’t have know otherwise and we had no idea how serious it was which he also did not explain the severity of it at all they prescribed me some medicine but overall pretty much did jack not helpful rude incompetent and careless and just overall the worst hospital experience I have ever had I knew that what they where doing was not okay but now after speaking to another doctor I don’t only know what they did wasn’t okay it was also just straight illegal you can not pin someone down like that unless your an uncontrollable psychiatric patient I was there voluntarily for abdominal pain My incompetent doctors name is James, Fitzgerald, D.O. this was in the Er section just thought I would clarify that also if could give them 0...

This place is nothing but a bandaid station my husband sliced is hand opened and it was bleeding badly we waiting in the lobby with no one there for over an hour. Then we get back there and they didn't sterilize his cut sewed it up before it was hardly numb and the doctor told him be a man it will be fine he was inconsiderate and sincere and very rude the staff was very rude and when I asked them if they could take him back when we first got there they said no we have someone else back there but when we got back there no one came out no one was back there and the nurses were laughing and carrying on where's hospital I think I've ever visited and the other time I went there I was 7 months pregnant and I was having pains labor pains and I had to drive all the way to Ada to the hospital to get them stopped because Arbuckle Memorial said that they cannot stop them they didn't have a labor and delivery room they didn't have an OBGYN on staff and they didn't have anything that can help no transport so my husband had to take me to the hospital in Ada just to get my labor stopped I took my daughter there one time she had a 105 fever and they said oh gave her Tylenol she'll be fine I took her to Ardmore hospital and she was severely dehydrated 105 fever a severe ear infection and tonsillitis so I recommend to anybody that goes there if you need more than just a Band-Aid go to a...

Amazing experience with clinicians. Couldn’t praise Candice Woods enough.

For future pt’s.. make sure you check your in network status every time you go for yearly wellness checks, med refills and ect. This hospital will not make an effort to contact you if they stop taking your insurance after 4+ years. The hospital billing department fails to let patients know when their insurance is out of network after years of excepting said private insurance. Unethical and claim to be “breaking even” on revenue. They’re critical care certified and only care about money that is being brought in. Stated they posted it in the newspaper, Facebook (which they didn’t). Arbuckle Clinic receptionist staff continued to have misleading information (after multiple visits) and state that they are still in network. $1,000+ medical bills accrued that should have been avoided.
