Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sulphur

I was very disappointed in your managment I had issue trying to cancel an order. Website had some kind of error so order got called in and then website order also went thru.. I called and tried to cancel one of the orders which for some reason was more expensive..i tried to tell her that my husband did not have enough for the more expensive order and needed to cancel it .manager was extremely rude and actually told me she was going to pursue legal action because after she refused to cancel the order telling me I had to pick up the more expensive order..I refused to pickup either after she threatened to take me to court over pizza! Again informing her that we did not have enough money for the order... would love to be able to talk to corporate office.."update"i did talk to corporate office they told me to come in store and just be a carry out customer..which I already was..said to come in and let manager tell me sorry so she can put a face with a name...that is no help to me at all. I've lived around this area for many years, and the service at this facility has never been good. It always takes 45 minutes for one sandwich and my order is never right. This time they said they had no bread at 4:30 in the afternoon on a sunday. The manager was very condescending when I expressed my frustration over the no bread issue. I hate to say it but they should shut this location down until they can find a crew that wants to work and that will work, also this location is very dirty. If you have time to lean you have time to clean. I will absolutely never eat here again I will drive out of my way to get descent service at a pizza hut and I will also let all my friends and family members to do the same if they want descent service, and I bet business will drop I hate to say that but this isn't a onetime occurrence it's a everytime occurrence and it has been going on for to many years. If the franchise owner reads this please make a 360 at this spot before...

I placed an order around 5:00 and told them I would be there by 6:15 to pick it up then I called them back 30 minutes later and told them that I would be there about 6:00 and then I need to add another pasta I get there at 6:00 and I call from outside for the curbside and they say they'll bring my order right out I sat outside for 20 minutes before I finally going inside to see what was going on in my order was still coming out of the oven and my other pan of pasta which I ordered three total was not on there so I ended up walking out of there after sitting there over an hour with out my third pan of pasta very disappointed usually they have way better service than that and I was very disappointed not only that but the pasta ordered was supposed to have black olives on it and the two pans I did end up getting do not have black olives don't know if I will be back to spend $60 on an order and it not be correct and have to wait over an hour...
