I had trouble right from the start. After booking I called I couldn't find a check in check out time on website. I called and the woman at 1am on the 28th who refused to give me her name hung up on me twice and insisted check out was 8 am Hilton customer service told me otherwise. I waited for me digital key and finally at 430 called because still didn't arrive so pushed it through We come to the hotel. Valet parking was just caotic. There were no carts to bring up our stuff. Some man was going to help us from valet but said he couldn't take elevator bevause weren't working properly and we werent walking to 7th floor so got in because other people were using them. The room was filthy and acceptable. There were stains and hairs all over sheets, mattress cover, crumbs all in sofa bed, the mattress themselves were disqusting with huge yellow stains . There was still is dust on headboards behind beds, couch cushions are stained. I went to front desk. They had no other room to give us, no mattress to switch out. We also only had 4 towels for 6 people. 3x it took to get 2 more and room clean. Yet still dust on tv when leaving.. They sent housekeeping back us to clean 3x. We got new sheets and mattress pads on queen beds but sofa bed was still full of crumbs and dusty. Third time sent up finally fot sofa bed cleaned up and the 2 more towels by this time was 945. We went to pool which also wasn't clean a bit cloudy and stuff floating in it. It was closed the morning when leaving for maintenence. By where the coffee is in lobby hundreds of fruit flies flying around it and on the wall. The room is noisey from the highway traffic and can hear what sounds like water running through pipes down all night. Ac makes a rattling noise. husband became ill and we needed to stay another night we had to pay same price at as Saturday on Sunday unless wanted to move rooms to a cheapepr which after all the recleaning didn't want to deal with it again. When we originally booked on Thursday said room on Sunday was almost $100 cheaper but refused to do anything about it. They deactivated our digital key card and then couldn't get another one set up had to give us key cards instead. When leaving only 1 elevator was working and no carts for luggage all morning. Something bit my daughter on the leg at night and has to go to urgent care when we get home. On a positive note the view from our room was nice amd the breakfast was decent. Would never stay again or recommend. For almost $400 a night disgraceful. Highly disappointed thought was safe with a hotel by Hilton. I did post pictures. We were in room 700. When got our van around from valet $2 and a silver ring that I had in coin container...

Complimentary valet parking is such a treat! Why park your car yourself and go through the hassel, when they will do that for you. I was just never more appreciative for a service such as that, after the crazy long drive we endured, to give the keys over to someone to park the vehicle. Thank you Valet Service, you guys truly made the start of this vacation a joy and as busy as you were on check out on Sunday, you handled yourself with professionalism and did everything with a smile on your face!||||Next stop, front desk. And checking in was a breeze. Like the fastest check in ever. Provided us with all the information that we required for our stay as far as the daily breakfast hours, what time the bar opened and closed and all the necessary information to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They were all lovely at front desk. The room! Oh wow. I had booked the Double bed with sofa bed and full kitchen. The room surpassed all expectations. It was a great size room, from the sitting area to the bed room. There was five adults and it didn't feel crammed. We were on the 9th floor (suite 904) and the view from our room was just beautiful. Highly recommend requesting that room. ||||The daily breakfast was decent. I knew what to expect, so I wasn't disappointed at what was provided. The eggs that second day were definitely better than the first day. As were the sausages provided, the turkey sausages provided the first day were truly appreciated by my friends and family that do not eat pork, but they just didn't look appetizing. The eggs were runny. Suggestion, maybe a bank of microwaves for people to warm up their breakfast a little more when they get it. Loved the waffle, cereal, bread/muffin, juice and coffee station. The basket of fresh fruit was a nice touch. The staff that maintained the breakfast area, where friendly, helpful and professional. They were constantly ensuring that everything was topped up and replenished, when they would make eye contact if was a good morning or a hello. It was really nice. ||||It is a pet friendly hotel, and you would not have known as my cousin and I have the worst allergies and they were not flared, so to your cleaning staff, I thank you!||||The grounds is beautiful and are well maintained there are areas to...
Read moreCan't give 2.5, so it's going to 2 stars. Staff were great, helpful, accommodating. Figuring housekeeping staff was lacking (was told they are short staffed). Nice property, good location, checked in late, dropped bags, went and grabbed a bite to eat. At first, glance, room seemed fine (paid for an upgraded room as well). Upon return, found what looked like a fingernail on the floor ( a fake, bedazzled), kinda gross, when coupled with the clump of hair wife found on the dresser next to bed, then found more of these hair pieces in other areas of bedroom/ bathroom. Toilet area itself didn't look like it had been properly mopped. By the sink, grout looked like a crime scene. All this in less than a minute of looking (as it was time to settle in for the night). So, called downstairs, immediately assisted by apologetic front desk staff, swapped rooms. It's after 11 pm, all are tired, another quick perusal- beds are clean (went from King to 2 Full/ Queen?). Bathroom seems clean, but something is not right. Toilet paper doesn't have that little fold in it that usually signals someone did their job. But further inspection looks clean. Once wife goes to sleep (exhausted from the day), further inspection, some hair on the floor (because now you're really looking, right?), no laundry bags in closet, an errant scrap of paper here and there near furniture edges. I settle in, throw on TV, grab a drink, and upon completion, go to throw out under sink- completely full trash can. Zoom- right downstairs, speak with manager who takes care of us (apologies, bonus points, which I didn't request, extra late check out, and room should be comped at this point, which I will find out upon check out). We were here for an early morning work meeting, so in a bit of a spot to go and look for a new place after midnight, etc (if you're wondering why we stayed); logistically, needed to bear with it. It wasn't filthy, just not up to Hilton standard to which one can expect. That's enough, and again, staff was accommodating along the way. Only change in what they did would have been to have person who swapped our rooms go and check said room for cleanliness, thoroughness, prior to...
