This review is going to stay 1 star until Hackensack Riverkeeper teaches the kids that work there not to be such spazzes about the boat times. If all boats have to be back in by 6pm, that's a very achievable goal. I'm pretty experienced with kayaking and I've never had trouble reaching a waypoint at a designated time, I've never come back late into any of the HRK's launches. But for some reason if I come even 5 minutes late past their last boat out time they won't let me rent a kayak. I'm paying more for less time and adding revenue on existing overhead/time the people are working there, so what's the harm? Why even have this ast boat out policy? Just have a come-back-in time deadline. It's a weird freakin policy
The older people working there have been cool about this, and nothing has gone wrong. But I dunno why these kids can't conceive...
