Do not book here- you will regret it, just like I did when my family stayed. This hotel is disgusting. It smells like stale cigarettes. Upon checking into our room, we were overwhelmed by heat and the intense smell because the air conditioner hadn’t been turned on ahead of time, even though we had a reservation and they knew we were coming. The smell and stuffy heat made for challenging sleeping conditions. There was a (live) cockroach on the desk when we first walked in and put our things down. The curtains were stained a nasty brown at the bottom. The window was BROKEN and “fixed” with clear tape- still had uneven glass though, so I made sure to keep my two year old away from that! There were sticky-looking brown splatters on the bathroom floor. It didn’t look like feces to me- my husband thinks it was dried blood. There was a keurig coffee machine on the desk, but no cups, coffee pods, creamer or sugar. Thank God the AC worked at least! There are (obviously old) photos of a breakfast room, but they do not serve breakfast. They have a paper sign taped to the door that labels it as a “coffe shope” (too bad spellcheck isn’t a thing in 2024, right?). I didn’t even bother to check out that “amenity” because I’m sure creamer would’ve just been expired or something! I also realized after our 6 hour drive back home that I left my daughter’s blankie in the room, but of course when I called, they didn’t find anything. I’m sure a wonderful place like this just throws out any lost and found items of no value. I am so disappointed by this place, and they have a clear no refunds policy. I hope you’re reading these reviews before you booked and paid! Stay somewhere else!!

All I can say is we won't be staying again. We ended up buying our own bedding and such and putting our belongings in bags for our own safety. Someone forgot their crumbs of food on the floor. Another person forgot their hair tie. All which can be found where they lost them. The bedding was dirty along with the curtains. The pillows looked like someone had a rough nights sleep and the sheets looked like someone had a good time. I purchased my own cleaning supplies and while cleaning the bathroom, the lid of the toilet flew right off. That's ok because we don't use it anyways. The toilet seat however, shifted when I sat down, that was a fun time. Like being on the last turn of a roller coaster. The shower curtain Hahaha! The towels and wash cloths were stained and dirty. Don't worry though, I was dirtier and have no fear, we didn't use them on our faces. I can continue, however, safety first is important so blow drying my hair was not the best option as the hair dryer was melted. Thanks for viewing.

We had been traveling most of the day, it was late and were thankful to have finally found a place that allowed a small dog. That being basically the only redeeming quality. The entire building has a strong moth ball scent permeating throughout. (It must be a natural remedy for some type of pest). Our room had not been really cleaned as evidenced by the used soap in the shower, used towel hanging on the towel rack, toothpaste stains on the bathroom counter and hair tie on the bathroom floor (as well as a dreaded moth ball). Unfortunately, we didn't notice any of these things until morning when we went to shower before leaving. The room smelled so strongly of moth balls that it burned my sinuses and kept me up most of the night. The only way to get assistance was to ring a bell which appeared to lead to the manager's private residence on site. As we were leaving early, it didn't seem worth the hassle to awaken them at 7:30am (the front office area lights were still off) to share the concerns.

Stayed for 5 days there with wife and our 3 kids. After 2nd day Our kids were complaining of bites. We just thought it was mosquito bites, 3rd day kids had more bites on weird places on their body like..so my wife and I Purchase some flashlights and Started moving things around like Mattress bed sheets and dressers. What we found was Horrifying! Old dried up feces on back of the dresser and Bed Bugs on both beds! Front desk moved us to another Room after I showed him what I found. I spent several hours washing and drying all our clothes and miscellaneous stuff we purchased, Finished at 5am. Went to the Front desk To talk to the manager regarding getting my full refund. Manager said he can't do that and he has to contact the owner which Happened to be on a cruise on vacation and had no cell phone service. He said he left the Owner a message And waiting for him to get back to him. Turns out he was lying and he was actually the owner. Told me the most he can do is give me 50% off On the next Visit. I was shocked and in disbelief. I told him I was going to report him And he didn't care. We didn't want to take any chances so throughout all our bags of clothes and also took all our kids to the doctors to get checked out. We reported them to the health department and are taking legal action. I Pray this experience will never happen to any person or...
